I got room 216, king bed with a huge balcony. I was able to see my vehiclenfrom the room and had a great view of the pool.
Thisbis an older property but was remodeled nicely.
The complimentary breakfast was far better than many other chain hotels I stay at frequently. Lots of hot and cold choices, and some of the tastiest turkey sausage patties Ive had.
Tombstone Brewing Company has a location next-door with great food, beer and a nice outdoor spqce in back.
Pay a little more to stay here, you wont be disappointed! I know I'll be back.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. I love a fridge in room! Breakfast was tasty with a great variety. Penny, the breakfast attendant was helpful and kind and a very hard worker. She was a delight!

Brandy checked us in and was very friendly and efficient. We were in need of a phone charger cord (we'd left ours at the place we'd just stayed at). She was able to find a cord that would work that we were able to use during our stay. She was also very helpful in giving us a room on the highest floor as we had requested, and she had a number of recommendations of places to eat dinner. Her smiling face and bubbly personality made us feel welcome and happy to be there.

I don't know what's up with this fabulous rating, I kind of was suspicious about it considering the price but it wasn't terrible. The room was pretty small and the beds were not as comfortable as one would expect from such a rating. That being said it is a nice place, convenient parking, modern looking., The room was clean. I just wouldn't call it FABULOUS but it was decent. Jacuzzi in the winter is a nice touch, although we didn't go in it, and outdoor fire pit is nice.

Staffs were helpful. Room was nice and clean. The art on the walls were pleasant to look it. Soap, shampoo and conditioner was mildly scented. It's important to me with high sensitivity to fragrance and I forgot to pack my own. Breakfast time was very enjoyable with variety of tasty food. Working acuzzi was a big plus. I enjoyed my stay and I will stay there again.

Property & staff were great. Room was clean. What I didn't like was being awaken during the night by barking dogs in neighboring rooms. I would have preferred a room with the sink area outside of the bathroom area. Breakfast was okay. I wanted pancakes but the pancake machine was not working. Turned out they forgot to put pancake mix in it. My hsband hated their coffee. He went across the street to Circle K for "good" coffee.

We enjoyed our one-night stay after a day of walking around Bisbee. The night staff was friendly and helpful, even lighting the fire pit for our use.
The only complaint is the in-room coffee; don't know if it's the coffee pods or the coffee maker itself.
