Close to the beach, the cottages were nicely decorated and very clean. Office staff was super friendly and knowledgeable!

Our villa was very clean and quiet, extremely well kept property and 3 minute walk to the beach, even closer to the village. Suggestion would be to add a chair in the unit, nowhere to sit, which seemed odd for such a nice villa.

I really enjoyed my stay here. This was my first time at Siesta Key. I wanted something quiet, relaxing, and close to the beach. The staff was great. The accommodations of beach gear was extremely helpful. I would stay here again.

This property is in a perfect location. Beach acres is easy and beautiful, bars and restaurants are walking distance. The place is quiet when you need it and if you need some excitement walk 5 minutes down the road .

Location great, provided beach chairs, cooler and wagon for beach. Close to beach and shopping and dining choices. Quiet and safe place, this was 2nd stay here and will be back.

Such a cute beachy vibe! Old Florida charm and good prices. Very clean. Comfy bed! The 1 bedroom suite had a lovely bathroom with a mermaid vibe. The locked gates provide an extra layer of security not common in such a boutique property. Great location no car needed!!

The villas are located in a perfect location! You are close and in short walking distance to the beach and the main ***** of restaurants and shops. We never used our car the entire time! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had free use of bikes, cooler, and a beach wagon. Although the room was quite small, it had everything we needed. We will definitely come back.
