DO NOT STAY HERE! A very mixed review with staff very accommodating and trying to do their best but in reality not enough of them. As for facilities, there are pockets of the boutique look they are seeking however this is not matched by the basics required to achieve this status! As a family group we have taken small breaks annually for over 25 years in Turkey from fully blown all inclusive with younger children up to more recent adventures in boutique hotels which Yaso’s is clearly trying to achieve! However the website is more than deceiving as in reality you are based on the ground floor of a multi story apartment building which is not clear when booking and a number of facilities are shared with said complex! Again not clear when booking! The website quotes rates as fully refundable upon cancellation, however when we decided not to take up the option of staying for our full term due to continual unresolved issues, we were expected to pay for the full stay which we refused! Issues included but not limited to; Poor water pressure so a shower was near on impossible, no hot running water and frankly a shower cubicle that would struggle to house a child let alone an adult! Additional cot bed was promised upon arrival but not delivered until second day 2 resulting in literally 3 in a bed! Room not cleaned for entire stay! Upon check out, no questions as to why we were leaving earlier than planned but plenty of demands from the owner around why we were not prepared to pay for our additional night! Maybe if she was more focussed on listening to feedback as oppose to demanding payment she might have leaned something! Unless the owners are prepared to listen to feedback and not accuse guests of being dishonest, then I’m sure there would be more positive reviews!

I had an extremely disappointing stay here. Yaso is rude, disrespectful to both guests and her staff. She has no integrity and clearly priorities making money over providing a satisfactory service to guests. We had to leave one evening early due to the quality of the place and she refused to comply with the contractual terms of the stay after this fact. The showers were not functional, extremely low pressure and no hot water. The worker’s were great and did their best given the circumstances but avoid this place at all costs.

Wish I could write a good review but no, the place is by the beach all right. A rocky beach with no easy access. It is a big hazard and dangerous. The whole “resort” is a huge apartment, balcony room is not private at all, the service is slow because they are understaffed. This not a luxury stay it is a glorified apartment complex. beach is not private and the amenities do not work properly. 100/100 would not recommend.

Tutto eccezzionale. Il mare è davanti alla struttura in una baia meravigliosa. Si trova vicino a tutto. Nella struttura tutto perfetto. Sopratutto la pulizia e l'organisazzione. La Sig.ra Yasemin si occupa con tutti i suoi ospiti personalmente e anche molto cortese. Da 2 anni , è il nostro posto preferito. Consigliatissimo .
