Check in was very quick and pleasant Room was nice and clean. Amenities in the room was great Being near malls and cultural areas, the location was great for exploring. Reviewing their breakfast! Please try to book breakfast if you are staying here. It will be at 15 Stamford. Their variety is impressive and they have pretty signages too. And they also offer sparkling wine! And eggs benedict is included under their egg station. How cool are these! Must try include their smoked salmon eggs benedict, nasi lemak, bread station with different muffin daily, salad bar and of coz sparkling wine if you are an adult. Their tea comes in pretty teapots too!

Hubby decided to do a last min staycay hence we only booked this trip about 1 week prior. Choosed Fairmont as the price for the signature salon suite was same as their lead in rooms. Had a pretty enjoyable stay and was sad to leave. What we like Room at 56sqm was very spacious! Big king bed was comfortable Bathroom was spacious too. Water pressure is great! Toiletries have cheeky descriptions on them lol Separate, big wardrobe space Big sofa Location! Connected directly to city hall mrt via Raffles City. Which means you have easy access to all your meals too Managed to get check in at 1.30pm Chromecast What we didnt quite like No bathtub :( (we booked knowing this but was still sad) No marina bay view Pillow was too soft I felt that overall, Fairmont is on par with other nearby hotels like swissotel and pan pacific. So if i were to choose which to come back again, all things equal, i would look at the best deal!

We recently stayed at Pullman Hill St. for 2 nights after a little odyssey at Munich Airport because of the weather and didn't regret it. The hotel is modern and comfortable, extremely centrally located in the “old part” of Singapore. The roof terrace with the view of the Marina Bay and pool is just wow, the bed was super comfortable, I particularly liked the firmness of the pillows. The design is modern and takes up the railway theme everywhere in a great and skilful way, after all it's about the Pullman wagons 😀 The lobby welcomes you with old suitcases that have various stickers from old, formerly well-known hotels and the same Let's clarify the claim of the house, which obviously wants to see itself in a row with these houses. And it can be that way!!! The room was big enough and we didn't miss anything, a great, large safe that accommodates a laptop computer as well as everything else, a Nespresso coffee machine that served us well when we left at 4 a.m., a shower There's no need to be generous with good-smelling shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. What was also good for us was the provision of a comb packaged in organic quality, which unfortunately didn't make it into our luggage... On the morning of our departure we were provided with a delicious breakfast doggy pack - great! In short, we were very happy with the new Pullman Hill Street and can imagine staying there again if we end up in Singapore.

Great hotel in a great location, we stayed with our 2 kids, during the Christmas season they arranged a huge breakfast with many activities for kids! The breakfast is fantastic! Rooms are big and super clean, you even have a faucet with filtered water to refill your bottles.

The Raffles Hotel is very good. After readjustment in 2019, the experience of staying several times is perfect. The room is comfortable, the bathtub is large, the water pressure is sufficient, and the welcome drink is delicious. The only point deducted for the facility is because the gym is still weak. But the gym has coconut water to drink, which is the only thing I have encountered so far. The breakfast is very delicious, it should be the number one in Singapore.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

The room looks old but is kept clean except for the blanket which have an obvious stain mark, but since its at the edge I'm willing to look past this. Aircond controls seems to be not working, making the room very cold eventhough fan had been set lowest and temperature the highest. The floor being tiles only doesn't help as well. Otherwise its a good 2 nights stay for me considering the convenient location. Service by the staffs are satisfactory as well.

The hotel is at the very good location. It is very close to Singapore River sidewalk and MRT Havelock station. The facilities are little bit old, but the room is spacious. Will book it again when I am back to the town.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

While the hotel's location is undeniably perfect for exploring the main City attractions, the aging facilities and lack of soundproofing in the rooms do leave room for improvement. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any accommodation, and it's unfortunate that it fell short during my visit. Nonetheless, the friendly and welcoming staff do their best to make your stay enjoyable.

Repeat stay, great location with direct access to mrt at doorstep. Nearby to city area and Bugis street. Room cleanliness consider acceptable, but do expect signs of aging with wear and tear as the hotel is pretty old. Service from reception is good and friendly. After seeing some of these reviews, I was somewhat apprehensive about booking this place. I needed a place for a couple of nights at the end of my latest 7 week trip and thought I'd take a chance. Over the last 20 years, I've stayed at almost all of the Bencoolen area hotels and most have gone downhill precipitously. When I checked in, I was met by 2 very friendly front desk employees (James and Firdaus, as it turned out). I knew they had lots of rooms available so I asked them if they would please give me a really good one; well, they did. It was fairly large, quite clean and very quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot and worked well, the few electrical outlets were functional. and the central A/C was comfy. The included fridge was old but cold and chilled my way overpriced Singapore beer to perfection. I would recommend this place and would certainly never hesitate to stay here again. This area is where I always stay and I think it's the best although others may differ. If I ran this place, I'd buy the housekeeping team a couple of vacuum cleaners. Other than that, I wouldn't do much different. As for James and Firdaus, they certainly treated me fairly and their hospitality was excellent throughout my stay.

Excellent service by the concierge, cleaning staff and breakfast staff. Apartment is located at a very convenient place, easily accessible by different mrt lines as well as buses. The apartment itself is spacious (2 bedroom apartment) and the layout of the apartment afforded us enough privacy for occupants in the 2 rooms and at the same time, space in the living area for bonding sessions. Breakfast provided on weekdays are okay, nothing to shout about. One downside of staying there is the lack of facilities, no swimming pool and a small gym. Overall, this is a great place for a short stay away from home.

Plus point for bidet 🤩 Things to take note; - $300 deposit upon checking in - this is a self-check in hotel. everything will be done via online / on the hotel app. there’s no reception area. - the staff will msg u via whatsapp so if you have any enquiries just ask them away (Mary in particular is very kind in assisting) Overall we had an enjoyable stay 😊

First time stayed here and glad to have booked here after my friend recommendation. The room was as described in the website so we had not so much expectations of it, the room is clean and neat. Appreciate the little gestures of the hotel staffs to make our stay more memorable with the birthday decorations and NuVe Little Voyager setup for my kid too. The hotel is very accessible to many tourist spots, shopping malls either by foot, MRT or public bus transport. We had an awesome stay here with all the friendly staff! Thank you for every services rendered during our stay!
