We stayed here for 4 nights.
First 2 nights we were in a big room, handicap friendly. Good for elderly couple.
Last 2 nights we were in a 14 m2 room. but enough for sleeping and bathing.

It so so okay okay to stay not so good, not so bad. The only problem is the sound from outside go though into the room so much

New hotel , clean , bright when night time not scary , location is good. The shower rain good function but not match with the toilet space is small. 😂

While the listing name states newly opened, the hotel has been operating for almost two years. The rooms are generally updated but not all rooms are equal. We got a room with window facing the main road and the noise from traffic and mosque could not be kept out. It's a pity that more white space was not better utilised in the design especially for the tiny bathroom. All in all, the price is great but comfort and value may be compromised.

eventhough the room is small, i enjoyed it alot! the aircon was cold, the toilet was small but fits 2 just nice. loved the light, bed was comfortable, check in was smooth and fast. will definitely return! thanks!

Being a conservation building I totally understood that all rooms were different shapes and sizes and I was quite satisfied with my tatami room. The reception staff was quite attentive but being hotel in an international location, such as BUGIS, I would expect housekeeping STAFF to be at this conversant in one or two sentences in English. fortunately, for me, I managed to communicate with the staff with my little knowledge of Mandarin. Additionally housekeeping staff must be outsourced as I noticed they only work a few hours a day and if you need any amenities, one must contact the front desk.
Overall I would stay there again and I would recommend my friends to stay there too.

At the price offered in comparison with other independent travelers type accommodation like Heritage and ST Signature, this place is more expensive and less value for money. Nothing much in the place without even laundry facilities like at Heritage or food drinks corner at ST. Front desk seems to be a mix of security guard and housekeeping staff - not quite the warmer reception at other chains. Has a lot of doubts !

I don't recommend this hotel or value holidays to Singapore anymore as it is too expensive and not value for money. this hotel charged me SGD45 for 2 hours of early check-in ( 1 pm) and was too strict for me to check out by 12 noon. They only give one room key and it's hard to go out keeping my family members inside. In my experience, Singapore is no longer a good tourist attraction and the shops/hotels charge you a lot of each extra service as the cost of living is too high for them.

Room is small but adequate. However cleanliness can be improved. Soundproofing not that good. Overall recommended for the price.
