No slippers provided, not enough drinking water and no heater. Room smells like cigarettes.

The shampoo if no more,have to go to the reception and purchase it,what a crap?Overall the stay is quite good,thinking twice of staying there again

The room was okay, accessible by lift, noted old decor and thus, it brought the unhygienic feeling. The rate was expensive on the date I booked due to Taylor Swift’s concert but I had no other choice as I was on budget travel, otherwise I believe there might be better options in Singapore.

Had to wait pretty long for the check-in as its only mend by one person. Dull environment. Entered the room with smoke smell even though no smoking was allowed. But great location, with a variety of good food surrounding the area. Really affordable and even though the circumstances, would visit the hotel again.

The door lock in my room spoiled. We have to put the table and chair to cover the door for safety. The sink also singking.
