Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό MRT και το δωμάτιο είναι αξιοπρεπές. Ίσως μπορούν να αναβαθμίσουν το στρώμα και την τηλεόραση, είναι πολύ παλιά. Γενικά είναι μια χαρά για μένα.

Everything is good although the hotel is not so new. But one big issue is that the sound insulation. It’s clearly to hear that people speaking in the corridor, opening and closing the doors.

When I booked this hotel I thought we stayed there before and were confident because of the great location. When arriving we didn’t recognize it and found out later that we stayed in the YWCA last time nearby which is a better hotel. The room in YMCA is small and there is no tooth paste/brush and only one gel dispenser in the shower - not sure what it is - shampoo or body wash. The walls are very thin, we heard every word of our neighbors. Thankful to have a hot water kettle in the room. No slippers. When using the pool you need to get a key card at lobby first as the room key doesn’t work. Staff is kind and very helpful.

Disappointed with cleanliness in room. Stayed 4 nights, not sure when room last hoovered, certainly not during our stay. Floor not particularly clean when checked in. Had to ask for refill coffee etc at reception each day.

We were greeted with friendly front desk staff in particularly Ms Lyn with a Sweet Smile attentive as she recognised us as a repeated guest. Upon checking into the room we noticed there were many ants on the Walls and Toilet bowl has slight issue. Called for assistance over the Ants problem and Lyn was Quick to her action and within 15mins she was able to reassign us another room and Lyn came up personally to check if the new room is good and fine. With Lyn's *Extra Miles* effort made we felt good as a repeated guest. Lyn deserves a Promotion and we definitely will recommend friends to YMCA.WELL DONE LYN!

We are repeat customers of the place, a very strategic location for visitors, price is right with size of room, no issues with staff service.
