Village Residence West Coast by Far East Hospitality

My husband and I stayed at Village Residence West Coast for almost a year, and the dedicated staff did an excellent job in making us feel at home. We enjoyed every minute of our always-clean and comfortable, conveniently-located residence, which included gatherings with other residents and the staff on special occasions. We wish Nancy, Sharifah, and their ever-solicitous team continued success in making Village Residence a wonderful home-away-from-home for all who are fortunate to stay there.

Recently stayed at Village Residence West Coast and was thoroughly impressed! Right off the bat, the location is super convenient, nestled in a chill part of the West Coast but close enough to great dining and shopping spots. The place itself is spotless - cleanliness is clearly a priority here. What really made my stay memorable was the staff. They’re genuinely nice and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I had a bit of a panic moment when I lost my ring, and the staff didn’t hesitate to help me search for it, even going through the garbage bin to find it. Their patience and willingness to go above and beyond were truly touching. The rooms are comfy and have everything you need, whether you’re crashing for a few nights or sticking around for longer. Plus, the amenities are top-notch, perfect for when you want to unwind after a day of exploring. All in all, staying at Village Residence West Coast was a fantastic experience. It’s not just the convenience or the clean rooms, but the genuinely friendly vibes from the staff and their exceptional service that make this place stand out. I’m so grateful for their help and definitely looking forward to coming back here on my next trip!

Nice environment with well-rounded service, provided all kinds of facilities, quick responses by the management team, Betty is always there giving supportive and help us with all the situations, we all like her so much, and the traffic here is so convenient and I really recommend here wholeheartedly.

During the ten months we lived in village residence , Aunt Betty took care of our life in every possible way. She was able to timely solve all our needs, including maintenance and supply of daily necessities. When some of our roommates were affected by the novel coronavirus, Aunt Betty also showed great concern for us. Aunt Devi helps us clean up every week. Auntie cleans very carefully every time and helps us change daily necessities. Toilet paper garbage bags are timely supply, let us live very happy. Aunt Mee Choo took great care of us. After Aunt betty returned to China, we contacted Aunt Mee Choo to help us solve some of our living needs and problems. Auntie is very patient, meticulous and enthusiastic to help. Many thanks to my aunt for taking care of us during this period.

The staff at this property are extremely helpful. Sharifa was super fast with any service request and always pleasant to talk to. Betty took care of the unit and it was very clean all the time. Fiona was excellent with dishwashing. We stayed for 10 months and really valued the service. The staff are excellent problem solvers and took very good care of us. Thanks Sharifa, Betty, and Fiona.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Nice room and furniture. Very comfortable. Mattress and bedding is high quality and comfortable. Mrs. Sharifa at the front desk is absolutely the best! Pool and tennis court is very nice.

We have had the pleasure of staying here, very nice place, the housekeeping staff very nice ladies, she leave the room well . comfortable, feel like home, very good service, we give her 5star like. The environment here is good, shopping is convenient,and it is also a food paradise, here the swimming pool very nice 👍. We like here,if next time comes back Singapore, we will still choice Village residence west coast.
