Oasia Resort Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

Prior to check-in date, the hotel had contacted via phone and email for pre-arrival check. It’s great that manager Jason was able to confirm the baby cot that I had requested when making the reservation. On arrival, the bell had promptly came over to help with our luggage. This is helpful as there seems to be only stairs at the driveway as I can’t find another alternative. Once I stepped into the lobby, I noticed a refreshing scent that lifted my mood. While waiting for my room key, I was presented with welcome drinks. They had assisted to show the way to the room, along they way we were brought to the spa area and the guest service also shared that there is a aeroponics farming area next to the spa reception. Even though it’s only 2nd floor but we were amazed with room’s high ceiling, something that most of us don’t have it at home. Their floor to ceiling window let in good amount of natural lighting into the room. I lived the complimentary healthy snacks that’s placed in the room together with the complimentary still and sparking water. The spacious room once again hit the right spot to make your feel relaxed and calm. During the stay, we visited that aeroponics area again as we were mesmerized by how easy plants could be grown indoor. I remembered there is a plant called lemon balm, Liza was very kind to share with us how this aeroponics farming works and gave us some of the lemon balm leaves. I added the lemon balm leaves into the sparking water that was available in the room for a refreshing drink to end of the night. Breakfast was great with the usual western and continental selection, what’s more interesting is their five dim sum warrior breakfast set and also their barramundi mixed oat congee. You must try these when you are there. I will like to thank a couple of people who we had interacted with and had made our stay pleasant: Jason for the wonderful connecting room arrangement, Liza who was at the wellness lounge area at around 9pm and she took the effort to share with us their interesting Grobrix aeroponic system and the plants growing there, Xiao Yun, Joey and Hanish who cleaned and sanitised the room. There are many more of them, I wished I could remember all their names. There is so much more to write and share, but one thing that I should not missed is that you have to stay two nights to truly experience a good retreat from the usual hassle and bustle. It’s definitely different from staying at the city hotel. If you want a good rejuvenating experience, please check out this hotel.

At Oasia Resort Sentosa’s it was like an all-in-one tailor make staycation experience for my family and me. The services staff went above and beyond to ensure that we get the most out of our stay. We enjoy a lot. The breakfast at Bedrock was just nice for us, staff were very friendly. Definitely will introduce to friends and relatives. Thanks to Oasia Resort Sentosa Team.

Quick walk to RWS and Palawan beach! Pity that breakfast was not buffet. But it was great that we could use the pool at village hotel which was more kids friendly.

Made special requests and replied by hotel to be addressed. Unfortunately on the day itself nothing was done. Minimal facilities. Booked for breakfats in bedrock as the native restaurant was told to be used for private event, but the morning it's available unfortunately the booking cannot be changed

Excellent service, good breakfast, nice location which is very closed to the monorail. Will stay here again.

Had a good stay. Given free upgrade to junior suite & jello cake for birthday celebration. Breakfast at bedrock origin was delicious.

I managed to clinch this deal during 11.11 flash deal; it was super worth! When we checked in, the front office staff even extended a complimentary upgrade to their junior suite and the room was spacious. I love their amenities especially when the hotel offered complimentary workshops and activities for guests to participate. Moreover, we could also make use of the neighbouring hotel's swimming pool and even opted for our breakfast there. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend anyone to stay here. Everything is good, location is near the monorail station. There is a construction going on until 27th Jan until 6pm, so bear with the noise. Celebrating birthday so the hotel upgraded to a junior suite which the room is spacious. They also helped to decorate the room with the flower and balloons that I bought. The only thing a bit spooky is the television turned on by itself by at 3am in the morning and started playing the music. I called them to check in the morning but they couldn’t find anything wrong.
