I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Singapore, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Location: The hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the Bugis MRT station, making it incredibly convenient for public transportation. There are plenty of excellent shopping options nearby, as well as a variety of halal food and charming cafes. Plus, being close to a mosque is a great bonus for those who need it. The hotel is also right across from Haji Lane, a famous spot for strolling and shopping, which adds to the overall appeal of the location. Room: While the room is on the smaller side, it was impeccably clean and had no unpleasant odors, which is a huge plus for me. Despite the size, it was quite comfortable and well-suited for my needs. However, I would recommend it more for solo travelers or couples, as it might be a bit cramped for families. Customer Service: The customer service was outstanding! I encountered a minor issue with my digital key not working, but the staff attended to it promptly. A special shout-out to the team members—Mae, Diivina, Shannen, and Ryan—who ensured that everything was resolved quickly. I was also impressed by their proactive approach; they even reached out via WhatsApp to check if everything was okay and provided information swiftly. Limited space, room space too small but still good for solo traveller that stay for 1-2days. Location is superb at city center , easy to go everywhere. A lot of halal food around.

Nice area Arab street. 10 minutes walk to the metro. Digital check-in can be a bit challenging but the communcation with Andrew, Ryan and Shannen makes it easier. Room very small but functional. The laundry option is a plus! :)
