Lyf Farrer Park Singapore

Great room, good location for traveling. very clean, new room with good layout not small for 2 person.

I book 2 rooms for my friends, they have short stay in Singapore, my friends they are happy with their stay and commented that the the kitchen is very clean although is public area, the location is very good from Farrer Park MRT and a shopping mall just opposite of the hotel. Lyf hotel is always first choice to book room for our guests.

Wonderful hotel! Great front desk and friendly staff! Everything in one roof.

*Good* Location: very convenient with MRT 1 minute away and City Square Mall just across the street Design: very nice contemporary design with character, particularly the common areas on L1 & L4 and the room itself Room: pretty big by Singapore standards and for the price Staff: There were some staff who were friendly and helpful *Not so good* Staff: there were a few staff who were friendly but not helpful, or not friendly and not helpful Service attitude & response time: no shampoo was provided in the room, had to ask for 3x (each time saying will deal with it asap) and waited for 3 days before it was provided Room hygiene: below standard, e.g. cleaning was not done properly, dust bin not cleared (there were rotten black banana leaves in it) Disorganisation: confusion among staff of whether I booked 6 or 7 nights, with implication being whether room cleaning would be arranged. Had to clear this up twice and chase for cleaning

Hotel is great and comfortable, it’s clean, has all amenities, but room smelled musty

The space is too small for a family as with anything that's not five-star in Singapore. The gym looks big but it's packed.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. I should say it not a hotel but an apartment as they don’t provide cleaning service daily. I stayed two nights so I did not mind, also they don’t provide water. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room is nice and comfy bed. No free parking so parking is around Sgd2 per hour. The location is great so near the mrt! They have free water filter for drinking. The only challenge is the shower area a bit small so you cant your clothes and troublesome if with friends or family .
