Perfect Room for couple, hotel still prepared cake if you request, the room is clean and spacious also, there is room cleaning everyday!

Busy weekend so services were basic at best across the board despite us having a junior suite. Breakfast line wad also way too long to match hotel status as a 5 star luxury hotel. Line restaurant really needs a refresh as the vibe is too food court like.

This is the first time i encounter such problem. I have paid for Valley Wing Shangri-La in Sept 2022 for this room. Upon check in i was told the booking was not found. The kind front desk lady Frances went all the way to call Trip.com for me and even asked the manager to help to speak to Trip.com while getting me a drink at the lounge. I really appreciate the help by her and the staff in Shangri-la. Ended up, i was being booked in the tower wing . Luckily Trip.com staff called me and compensated me with the coins but honestly, the damage was done. My waiting time and it was supposed to be a belated anniversary celebration with my guy in Valley Wing. I really hoped this would be the last time such incident happened. As for Valley Wing room, it was spacious and the perks are the afternoon tea, evening canapes and premium breakfast in their Summit room. It was great based on my last few stays there. Of course this time round i did not get to enjoy all that thanks to Trip.com.

we have great times during our stay in the hotel. kids friendly hotel. great breakfast. Only one unhappy incident when i was purchasing special discount breakfast voucher. The handling front desk staff's attitude made me feel unpleasant (as if i am begging for or taking advantage of the hotel's benefit).

Classic five star hotel. Nice and central being close to Orchard Road. Buffet breakfast has got to be one of the largest I have seen covering all nationalities! Staff are friendly and restaurants are worth dining at. Highly recommend requesting a topper for the bed as can be a bit firm otherwise.

Great hotel with great hospitality. Like the buds and splash so much. The club lounge is very beautiful and staffs are very nice. But a limited amount of food during the afternoon tea. The evening cocktail was great

Had a wonderful staycation at the Horizon Club. Been there several times and still maintain its standard. Great atmosphere and service. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for the arrangement of the cake and decorations of my wedding anniversary in the room too!

Very beautiful and spacious room, hotel also gave us a tasty chocolate birthday cake from shophouse.
Bed was big and comfortable
Personalized check-in at Valley Wing also meant that there we didnt need to queue at the tower wing
Breakfast was nice, although it would be good if the eggs were not included into the selection of 2 dishes, especially since eggs are also available in The Line.
Hotel gave us late checkout until 3pm.
Huge gym and pool
Staff were mostly proactive and friendly, especially Peggy, Raja, Yusuke, and Fabian who were always ready to help
Misunderstanding where the staff told me to wear pants to the Summit Room/Valley Wing lounge but actually berms are allowed too
