Staff was helpful, saw that the check in queue was long hence proceeded to help with self check in & tried their best to accommodate to our request! the stay was pleasant and smooth :)

Always enjoy the atmosphere during CNY staycation here.. the lion and dragon dance on the 1st day of CNY live up the mood..

we enjoyed the breakfast, our room, the view from our room , and the service of the reception-which is Filipino.
Downside is no bidet, and they dont do housekeeping if u stay less than 3nights. however if u call them to request for towels they respond immediately. Highly recommended

Super close to Chinatown MRT station, just a sky ridge away. Great views of the city Center raffles area and nice polished wooden floors. Plenty of hawkers and stalls to eat around the area. Nice big and deep tub too!! Housekeeping was very quick upon request and fulfil needs efficiently.

Television setting is not in order! For a consecutive 2 Tuesday i stayed here , second & 9 January, both days need assistance of technical staff to fix t.v. issues which caused hassles i am most pissed off ! T. V logging onto Netflix networks via internet was terrible !! Hope hotel will improve on these matters.

we got checked in pretty easily by a very friendly staff by the name of Yvette Yven. Got our room upgraded and granted an hour late check out upon asking. got a good view but the fireworks were slightly blocked by the UOL building. nevertheless, enjoyed watching bits of the fireworks last night for the new year! we definitely enjoyed our stay! Yvette also prepared for us a cake and a box of chocolate in celebration of our anniversary which we were not expecting at all despite highlighting that we are there for the new years and to celebrate our anniversary as we did not receive any replies from hotel on our requests for something nice to be prepared. got our room well cleaned up before we got back to the room on our second night. checking out was a breeze too as we are able to do self check out and dropped out cards into a box before leaving. so all in all, we had a great time! thank you Furama!

Cleanliness:
- In terms cleanliness, the room is not so perfect. Some visible dusts here & there.
- observed a trail of ants near the desk.
- The floor are carpeted.
- Place look run-down even though it's well-maintained.
Amenities:
- Room was unfortunately not equipped with smart tv. International channels are very limited and the connection is slow.
- Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games.
- The view from the room is facing Singapore Flyer & MBS.
- The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed.
- The shower area is very clean.
- Beds and linens are comfortable.
- They have a shared water dispenser that can dispense at various temperature including baby milk. Quite useful for parents.
The carpark within the hotel is quite run-down. So you might end up, parking quite far from the lift lobby. However parking is complimentary for guests.
Service:
- They have a room service policy that they will only clean the room after the 3rd night. The only downside.
On the overall, I will definitely come back again.
