Totally enjoyed the space and facility at park lane suites. So homely feel. Service was good right from front desk. Indeed Goodwood Park gold standard.

celebriting my daughter's birthday and have a wonderful time. In addition, The hotel actually gave us.a complementary birthday cake and the kids are overjoyed.

*************. I had a great stay here. My special thanks to Mr Aslam of the Front Office who did arrange for the suitable room 351 for me & my sister, to Mr Shukri of the Coffee Lounge, who assist in making us felt so comfortable during our breakfast here and lastly to Mr Abd Samad who voluntarily assist us to see the Parklane apartment nearby. To all, thank you so much.

The Parklane Suites was a great room equipped with a kitchenette that allowed us to cook almost anything. The split bedroom mezzanine added a nice touch to the space. The living room is also joined to a spacious balcony for some al fresco moments. Service was prompt when required. There’s a tiny 7-11 store within 5 mins of walk. The overall experience was great. Thank you!

Stayed at Parklane Suites which were residences / service apartments located in another building in the same big compound. Clean and spacious with comfy bedding. It was quaint to take the buggy to the main hotel for breakfast.

Simply appalling… booked the room for a mini gathering of which I emailed the hotel manager to help me arrange for a cake to be sent to my room after dinner and have some words written on the cake.
Decided to check in on the cake before I headed off for dinner and to my horror, my cake was frozen and there were no words written on it - lady at the deli told me she could write the message for me and proceeded to do so, to what I can only describe (in the nicest way possible), a toddler’s handwriting scribbled across the face of the cake I paid $100+ for.
The hotel staff clearly did not help make any arrangements as promised and clearly did not care. For a five star hotel of such pedigree and history I think it’s a shame… I’m going to find it extremely hard go back again

Cleanliness:
- In terms cleanliness, the room is immaculate. No physical signs of dust settling anywhere in the room.
- The floor are mostly not carpeted. So it’s quite cold whoever you walk around the room if u leave the air-con switched on most of the time.
Amenities:
- Room was equipped with International channels.
- Room is very spacious. Suitable to bring guests for card games.
- The view from the room is unobstructed. So it’s quite nice to see from the window .
- The tv was installed in the positioned right in front of the bed.
- The shower area is very clean.
- Beds and linens are comfortable. Additional pillows are provided by default.
There is an open carpark within the hotel which is quite secure via gantry. .
Service:
- Room service are quite swift.
- The concierge team is very helpful & was one of the reasons why we came to this hotel. Never fails to help us load the strollers and luggage with and from the car.
On the overall, I will definitely come back again. It's our 2nd time stay by the way.
