Nice and friendly staff! The bathroom was sooo beautiful! The view was beautiful and it felt like a healing trip as it was rather away from the hustle and bustle.

Room is very spacious! Amenities are good. There’s a shuttle bus service every 12mins so it’s really convenient to travel around Sentosa ☺️

- Huge room (51 m2)
- View of the sea and city skyline from the balcony
- can catch sunrise from balcony too
- Very comfortable bed and soft linen
- Tv has ample tv channels, allows casting and also has apps installed like Netflix, YouTube etc…
- tv can be swiveled
- complimentary minibar
- toilet has tv too
- double vanity sinks
- wide bath tub
- mouth wash provided
- shower water pressure was good
Negatives
- no bedside usb charging
- tv a tad small for the size of the room (40 inches)
- no Bluetooth speaker to play music
- no electronic curtains
- balcony could be better maintained
- tub takes some time to fill

Cons: cleaning is terrible, room condition is not good, don't know what to use for the meadow, quite remote so always need to take shuttle
Pros: roomy, staff friendly
Breakfast at Hard Rock is avenge at best not so good
Terrible that Equarius users cannot use Hard Rock Hotel Swimming Pool anymore

A very pleasant trip for my family. The hotel is clean & the staff are helpful. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. The shuttle bus service is very helpful. We are allowed to select our breakfast at 2 hotels, that’s very good to have variety. Car park is complimentary vs some websites that say it’s chargeable. Overall it’s a very nice staycation. Will consider to visit again in future.

Service was impeccable... every staff was so friendly! Room was spacious and nice. Thankfully we can hop to Hard Rock hotel for breakfast buffet as we didnt like set breakfast at Equarius. Sadly, we cant do the same for the pool. Equarius pool view is nice but a lot of mosquitoes and the pool at Hard Rock will be more suitable for families with kids. My kids were bored cos nothing much to play at the pool. We tried asking if we can hop over to Hard Rock's pool. Hard Rock's reception says if Equarius allow, we can but when we asked Equarius, the reception said no.

The hotel specially arranged the birthday amenities and included chocolates and deco too! I felt very warmly welcome and my friend really enjoyed the birthday experience at this hotel. Not forgetting the awesome view from the balcony too!Highly recommended!
