Concierge was really friendly and accommodating. It’s really nice of them to give us a complimentary upgrade with bathtub which was honestly a pleasant surprise. Although the cleanliness can be improved as the bathtub was kinda dirty. Overall, I’d say it’s really decent and up to standard. The location is also great, everything is within walking distance.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary. The rooms looked OK and the food at Carousel were fantastic.

Love the spread of buffet for the breakfast. Nasi lemak is so nice. The location is superb. Theres no netflix/disney/youtube in the tv but you can screen mirror your phone to the tv. The sofa can turn into a large sofa bed probably like a size of the queen sized bed. We stayed on the 9th floor and however the view was blocked by a wall.

Reserved a night birthday staycay of king premier room, including breakfast for 2, for my birthday via Trip.com app.
Check-in process was a breeze.
The customer service person surprised me with a huge birthday cookie and wish.
The amenities were ample and easy to locate.
If that was not enough, you can explore all around nearby attractions in always happening Orchard Road.
Square footage of the room was spacious for just the 2 of us.
Bathroom and soaking tub were well used.
With premier rooms & suites booking, we enjoyed complimentary experience at co-working space on level 15. Local snacks and free flow of choices of coffee, tea and other hot drinks from 8 AM to 8 PM. You can even order in-house food menu to be served there.
Got a complimentary parking.
Lastly and importantly, the breakfast spread.
Nasi lemak with specific sambal nasi lemak was so sedap. So was grilled prata pieces with dhal curry and there were yutiao...pastries...cold cut...porridge...congee...mushroom soup and oatmeal...breads and buns...and the list went on and on 😋
We were spoiled for choices of breakfast that served from 7 to 10 AM.
No fuss check-out.
Not forgetting a must IG worthy, picture perfect iconic stairs ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗
Will certainly make a return staycation and easy-peasy booking via Trip.com 😀

The room was spacious. The bed was clean. Breakfast was okay but not really something special that you will love much, so-so. Although a lot of selections, which I enjoyed.
The receptionist was friendly and accommodated us warmly. The room attendants were every polite too! They will greet you wherever they see you. 😊
