Υπέροχο ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο Heritage που περιελάμβανε αυτόματες κουρτίνες και μια τεράστια μπανιέρα. Απολαύσαμε απόλυτα τη διαμονή μας, αλλά ο χώρος της πισίνας ήταν λίγο στενός και δεν σέρβιρε φαγητό ή ποτό που ήταν ελαφρώς απογοητευτικό.

Asked for a bubble twice so i can use the bathtub but didn’t receive any though we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Love the water bottle, sleepers are comfortable, love the soft carpet. The Auntie at the breakfast area was awesome. Fast checkin. Front Desk was awesome. They gave my friend an early checkin when we told them that we are going to the Eras Tour Concert.

Great experience in this hotel, which they deliver an excellent services from lobby to restaurant to club floor and room services.
As this is my anniversary trip with my wife, hotel give us a surprise for a room upgrade and small gifts for our celebration. Thumb up !!
Although there have a small noise issue of renovating something around the room floor, when we called to them, they solved this problem quickly and also at night time they sent us some compliment for us for apologies.
Great view from the hotel room and Great location for this hotel, it is convenient to go everywhere with short time.
We will come back next time for the hotel for sure

We enjoyed the hospitality at Fullerton. Dined at both Jade and Town Restaurant and the food was really good. The only small hiccup was that the items we requested through the e-service did not arrive twice. But we stopped by the front desk and it got sorted out.

was not informed on breakfast and lounge hours upon check in.
hotel tries to be as automated as possible to scan QR code for requests in the room which lacks a personal element which is crucial in any 5star hotel.
hotel gave us a bear and balloons for this booking being a birthday celebration. Nice touch
other than that it is quite a good hotel

Fullerton Hotel is a heritage hotel with a grand architecture. Great location with easy access to the historical civic district. Room was cosy.

Took advantage of the SGD$200 dining credit and was not let down. The impressive room size, large bathtub and unparalleled service - thats what makes fullerton stand out from the rest. Glad to know that the dining credits could be used through the fullerton properties except for the bar, I had a sinful meal at the riverside - savouring a well cooked beef rib overseeing the marina bay sands skyline.

Overall from counter to room services is great.room is spacious and comes w outdoor seating.only thing need to feedback is while we are cleaning the bathtub using bath tub tap,the water coming out is yellow in color w some black particles.we allow the water to clear.then 2nd time the water is normal already.u may wan to look again on this issues for your future customers who may be using the bath tub.
Like to thank all staffs n managements who has prepare the bday setup and slice of cake for my gf. Will be back again.
