Overall ok. Location is good and convenient. Room is big but little old. Breakfast is normal except that they should change.the rusted cooking pot for the porridge and covered it. They have cold half boiled egg but not hot half boiled egg. The rooms are clean except that the toilet doesn’t have any hanging area. I have to hang my swim suit on the shower handle. The towel rack too far away. The swimming pool is average but not suitable for kids as there is only one swimming pool and the depths is 1.2m-1.8m which is dangerous for kids that doesn’t know how to swim. By the side of the pool there are many stain of bird poops by the crows flying around. Other than this, I like there is an NTUC at the lower level of the building which give the hotel a credit. And the service from the front desk is good.

Have tried village katong for a few times but this is the first time I tried club lounge access. The room itself was very spacious. The club lounge is located at level 6 and it’s quite cosy . The food served was quite decent with penne , teriyaki chicken, fish fillet dessert and fruits. Would like to compliment Chandran, who was at the club lounge. He was very friendly and will accommodate to your whatever request you have. He’s always smiling and provide a very good service. Will definitely go back for the service and food :)

The hotel was ok, the only thing got issue was upon check-in, so slow and when i call over the phone for request, nobody answering the phone.

Service was good, staff were friendly, and room was clean and functional. However breakfast was a major let down - everything is cold and tastes bad. Could say it’s the worst hotel breakfast I’ve had. Also, there is a major crow infestation issue at the swimming pool - there were so many crows flying into the pool area frequently to drink and pick up scraps to eat. This creates discomfort for guests trying to relax, and more importantly, there is a safety issue as these birds can peck (it’s dangerous for kids).

This hotel has a balcony, I like it. There is free parking space. The location is quite convenient, there are restaurants nearby, and the room is big enough. I was lucky that the receptionist let me upgrade to the Club room today. I can also check out until 2 o'clock. To celebrate Anniversary. I'm so happy. The service is very good. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable and clean. I will definitely come back next time. Thank you for the friendly service at the front desk! great.
