The hotel’s location is excellent, with both the bus station and the MRT station just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to Yen, who made our stay truly memorable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She kindly arranged an early check-in for us and even gave us a room with a beautiful view. Her outstanding service made our trip even more enjoyable and filled our stay with happiness. Highly recommend this hotel, and we sincerely appreciate Yen’s exceptional hospitality!

What a brilliant concept and place. The main differientation from other capsule hotels is that each pod is secure, lockable and deathly quiet from noise on the streets. Arab st is very lively in the evening with lots of music playing. The hostel lost points because house keeping was very poor. Stayed 4 nts and no one cleaned the bathrooms, check that there was enough toilet paper or picked up piles of hair in the drainer. Urgh. One toilet seat in the three bathrooms (on each floor) was detached and not fixed. Do not reach below the mattress or you will find a handful of ouse, dust and hair. There was no hot water on Floor 2; thankfully the weather was warm enough. Was told that Floor 3 had hot water on day 3! Apart from the state of the bathrooms, the capsule itself was comfy with fast charging outlets, even a little telly and mood lighting. I do recommend this place. The owners will do brilliantly to have better housekeeping. Receptionist was bright, friendly and welcoming. My messages were promptly answered to self service check in. A great experience and for those on a budget...the capsules were brilliant. Thankfully during my stay, other guests were respectful and quiet. That is the thing that wouls make or break. Good luck.

Very close to Haji Lane, about a 5-10 minute walk from the MRT, which is very convenient. The front desk speaks English, so Chinese communication is a bit difficult. The room was clean and had a small balcony. It can be a bit noisy facing the road, but everything else was fine. It's about a 45-minute drive from Changi Airport, which is quite convenient.

Amenities were very good. It comes with an air purifier, a small fridge, microwave, smart TV, cutlery under the sink, and even a washing machine in the common corridor with detergent provided in your bathroom. The main problem would be the initial set-up. Please remember to TURN ON/LOGIN TO THEIR WIFI and also Bluetooth before you can access their digital key to have it work on the sensor. Once it works, it’s really convenient and secure. 3 locks before you reach your room. There might be a bit of noise since it’s right beside a KTV lounge but we still slept soundly. You can choose a room without windows for better soundproofing. They also provided earplugs but we didn’t use it. Service was very warm and friendly by Loc on-site and Jaime on WhatsApp. Thanks a lot! Do note that their reception is only from 9am-6pm so if you need to leave luggage, you can try Bounce Luggage at Kampong Glam. Oh also do note that the toilet doors are very TRANSLUCENT so don’t stay with people you’re not comfortable with… it’s perfect for same-sex family or solo travellers.

This hostel is about a 10-minute walk from Bugis MRT station. It's surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it a lively area. It's a budget accommodation, and the front desk is unstaffed during off-hours, so you have to pick up your key to check in yourself. Free breakfast is not provided. The decor is very new and modern, with a simple style. The hostel and rooms are clean in every corner. I booked a single pod, and the room was quite small with no window, but the layout made good use of the limited space. However, I still felt a bit cramped inside. Also, the soundproofing was very poor; I could clearly hear the sound of neighbors showering, various noises, and movements outside the door, which significantly affected my rest. On the other hand, the room had all the necessary amenities: a TV, refrigerator, microwave (but no plates or cutlery), washing machine (but no laundry detergent), toilet, and shower. There was a small table for a laptop, but the chair had no backrest, which caused back pain after sitting for a while – this was quite a drawback 👎. Outside the room, there's a communal water dispenser with hot and cold water, which was a thoughtful touch. Additionally, extra towels and toiletries were available for self-service outside the room. Overall, this hostel is just barely livable. It's suitable for guests on a limited budget, who don't demand much in terms of service and comfort, but still want a private room and private bathroom facilities. However, if you're looking for more comfort, especially for a business trip, or if you want complimentary breakfast, then you should definitely look elsewhere.

The hotel room, location, and ambiance were all satisfactory. The pool is open until 9 PM, and the outdoor pool offers great views. The gym is open 24/7. The only slight drawback was that we were traveling with two small children, and there are only stairs at the hotel entrance, making it impossible to pull our stroller up. We had to carry it every time. While the doorman's service attitude was excellent, we couldn't always find them when we needed help carrying things. This was the only minor inconvenience.

The hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, while the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I had a pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic hostel in a great location, and the best part is the price is very affordable, yet the environment inside is excellent. I'll definitely choose them again in the future.

Overall, a great experience. The rooms seem to have been renovated, offering excellent value for money. The ambiance and service definitely exceed expectations.
