The hotel food was good .
The hotel staff were very helpful and excellent service very friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay comfortable

This hotel was in a great location and really cute, but they charged me for the stay even though I had already paid in full through **********. So I am having to dispute the charge, which is inconvenient.

Room old style en poor, the floor very old broken in sime part, bathroom old and broken some part of shower.
Service it’s okay .

Front desk help excellent, buffet the same. location also. Had expected a room with the view as shown in but got one that had an A/C on/off all night and didn't get any sleep. Would I stay hear the next time I come thru? only if I had a room as pictured and away from the god awful noise

Excellent location and service. Everything worked ok. It's an old building so don't expect everything been perfect. We loved it.

Outstanding friendly customer service, lovely room with small balcony overlooking the beach. 5 minute walk to restaurants bars in the centre but also right outside. 1minute to the beach

Loved this place, really lovely staff
Basic room but very comfy bed, strong aircon and the best location in Sitges.
Also the restaurant is fantastic with really lovely staff and great drinks and seafood.
Would be great to get some glassware in the room as we had to keep going to the bar to ask for some water glasses
But otherwise I can’t recommend this place enough

The location was perfect right across from the beach and near all the restaurants. The bed was great and the air conditioning worked well, made for comfortable accommodations! We had a lovely balcony overlooking the beach which was amazing. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast for 9Euros was fine, not great but met our needs. Overall we loved this hotel!

Easy and friendly check in. Fantastic location and beautiful restaurant underneath. Large airy and lovely room and bathroom. I didn’t use their wifi. Some cracked tiles on the floor is my only criticism about the room really!
