We have recently returned from our 10 day holiday. Our three bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and had a huge outside space. Each bedroom has its own terrace. There were two bathrooms and a spacious lounge area. Good kitchen facilities. Microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and large fridge freezer. Decor was a little dated however this did not impact on our stay. The complex was well maintained and the gardens were lovely. The pool opened at 10am and some of the sun beds could do with replacing however there was more than enough space around the pools. The bars and Restaurants are a short walk away however not as much choice as we expected although there are some lovely places to eat. Would Definately recommend

Clean and friendly hotel, decent pool area with lifeguards. Felt like a snack bar would have been beneficial. Oven etc all worked but no chopping board or oven mitts and some missing utensils. Definitely recommended but you should consider the above if planning to eat in a lot

What a beautiful location and lovely place to stay. The beds are comfy and the showers really good. The pool area is lovely with 3 pools to choose from ranging from baby pool to adult pool. It could donwith a few upgrades to rooms as no air con in the bedroom, but fans available from reception (although only found this out on the last night haha). The sun beds are a bit old and some damaged but overall I would recommend this place for a holiday. It is on a hill and the local supermarkets along with selection of bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk, the beach is about 20 mins away on a walk down the hill, but is quite steep coming back up. Would definitely come again. Beautiful holiday for relaxing by the pool

The receptionists were very helpful and polite. The place was clean but could have used more dusting and the bathroom collected dust quickly. Parking was available, but it was always hit and miss on how close you can park near the resort.

A lovely large apartment, which had a patio and grass area which leads into the pool area.. There are locked gates through these areas and the main gates, so very safe and secure. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, lovely and clean through out. The cleaner came twice during our week stay with fresh towels. The reception staff where helpful and friendly. The only thing we did miss was the onsite bar,normally this is the place we love to meet other families. But saying that the hotel was rather quiet, so I can understand. The hotel is situated up a hill but there are a few bars and fantastic restaurants on route . The bus stops are at the bottom of the hill 10-15 mins from hotel.

Probably the worst hotel experience we have ever had . There are no facilities to be used. No pool bar , no adult pool , no lifeguards. No parasols no snack bar , no restaurant, rude and aggressive staff , in fact all it offers is a room as a base , Any entertainment / restaurant is a 10 min walk away and is quite good . We would never go back

Having stayed at an Ona establishment before i knew this wouldn't disappoint, and it certainly didn't. We have had a brilliant week here. The apartment was lovely, very homely and immaculately clean. No problem at all with the wifi in the apartment. The pool area is perfect for relaxing in the sun during the day, we were able to get a sunbed whatever the time of day. There's a great choice of restaurants 5 mins walk down the road. Think we've found a great place which is good value for an out of season break in the sun. We hope to be back. If you're reading the reviews on here wondering whether to go or not, take the chance as we couldn't fault the place.
