This was a lovely Hotel, the staff were wonderful, our room(9) was a lovely size, fantastic views, large size bed, good size shower room, hair dryer, free safe, good a/c, the only thing the room lacked was tea/coffee making facilities, shampoo and shower gel supplied, but when it run out was never replenished, bath and hand towels replaced every day, even though the room was made up everyday, the bed linen was never changed in the eight days we were there, I had a stain on each pillow, but was never changed, the stains could not be missed, I know you are going to say why didn’t I complain, I wanted to see if they got changed, but they didn’t. The pool area was really lovely, comfortable sun beds, pool towels supplied, but no beach towels supplied, lovely bar area. Breakfast was really good, scramble eggs, fried eggs, omelettes, bacon and sausages, wonderful pastries etc This is the BUT, this is not a wheelchair friendly or if you have trouble walking, this Hotel is not for you, the driveway up to the hotel is quite steep, my wife and myself found it quite difficult to walk up, we had to stop at least twice to get our breath, in the end we used to get Taxis back from town, but if your not high you don’t get the views, and the views are stunning. From the Hotel is about a 25 minute walk to Skiathos Town, you can get a bus, but only if you can get on them, in the evening they are coming from the beaches so every bus is full, we tried to catch a bus into town around 19-30, three buses passed us all full, the run every 5-10 minutes, but you are lucky to get on one. This is a lovely Hotel, but the location is a little be out, next time we will definitely stay in the Town or a lot closer
