Hotel Super 8

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Especially the guy at the reception named Ivan, very friendly and helpful, helped us with all our questions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Do not go this hotel. İt is rubbish. Very old, and staff are careless. I stay there there with my family. Although I booked via Booking com. They said that to booking com “these guests did not come and stay” however I have their receipt which I paid, want me to fine.

Someone towed away my car from in front of hotel & get police fine also. Hotel promised reimbursement but they don't sent anything, don't answer emails. Pick another one, this is terrible behavior to their guests.

We walked about 20 minutes to Hotel Super 8 from the bus station and checked in. The first thing we noted was the elevator is on floor two, up a flight of 16 stairs, carrying our bags. You then take the elevator to #3 which is the 4th floor. Initially the young lady wanted to give us a room on the 3rd floor which meant going to #3 and walking down a flight of stairs to our room. We nixed that idea. Room 407 was a nice size room with a king bed and nice linens. There was a built-in shelf that held both of our bags. There was a desk and chair but a worthless 5-watt lamp on the desk. Only one outlet by the desk and the desk was located right under the wall-mounted AC unit, so you froze while sitting at the desk with the AC on. Room had a small refrigerator, but no in-room safe. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with a wall mounted soap dispenser. There were two places to hang clothes. Overall, a nice hotel except for having to carry your bags to the 2nd floor elevator. You do have to walk outside to get to the patio where breakfast is served. Several hot items offered including eggs, beans, and hot dogs. Several cereals available along with yogurt, meats, cheeses, and bread. A young man who works in our hotel was on his way to the new mall that was finished four years ago. Claimed all the local restaurants are closed on Sunday, with the mall offering the only open restaurants. He gave us a ride to the mall and showed us to the restaurant area.

We knew this was a budget chain and that it was old and run down but never expected such a filthy hovel. Please don't stay here. The reception staff are lovely but cleaners can't do a simple job. No management about to complain. The one bonus was a balcony, even though the room next door looked derelict.

this hotel is in the middle of every thing , 5 min walk from airport bus stop , the ottman area just behind it , and the site seeing places in front , the staff was great and very helpful , breakfast was a great

An outdated hotel that does not resemble the one in the official pictures. We didn't have cold water for 2 days due to a pipe fault in the hotel. In the first day, the solution found by the hotel was to bring us a bucket to fill for the toilet...

Right in the city center, close to everything, helpfull staff, fine breakfast, but rooms need a renovation and should be thoroughly cleaned. It is situated at the main street so it is noisy all the time. Water preasure at the higher levels can be poor. Hotel is not adjustad for disabled - long stairs to the lift

This hotel is nothing as you see in the official pictures. The room we stayed in was smelly, with dirt in it, not clean at all. The bathroom was as dirty as the room. The only three good things this hotel has were the receptionist (two very nice and professional), the breakfast(if you go early) and the bed that was clean. So we do not advise any one to go at this hotel.
