For the price, I expected a really nice room. We get in late and there is a noise in the bathroom that kept popping all night. The refrigerators motor was so loud at random times it woke us all up. I walked into the bathroom and was turning on the shower and hair was on the glass door.

After waiting an hour and a 1/2 to check in and while *******.
Was trying to get us checked in the lady was rather rude. She was saying that the whole terrible experience was *******s fault and ******* had not paid them. In the middle of the night the fire alarm kept beeping. Maintenance had to come and fix it around midnight. Not a great experience.

All ok except room had a horrible smell of cheap cleaner/deodorizer. Overwhelming and constant.

The property itself is great. The night we stayed there were guests who allowed their children to run the halls until 2 am. Also, the thermostat would no reconcile so we had to shut the A/C unit off because it was so cold in our room. Breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel was so nice. The only bad thing is that someones kept running all night and till like 3am. Only had 1 elevator working. But otherwise it was real nice.

They put me in a room by the pool, I was traveling with my kids. By the pool they have a patio. People drinking and smoking until 230 am. The smell in my room was disgusting. **** and cigarettes. Called the receptionist to complain, nothing was done. People fighting, laughing and being loud until 230am, no one could sleep.
The fire alarm went off, fire department said everything was good but the bright lights never stop flashing. Horrible night
Don’t recommend this hotel for anyone. Old facility, not updated. Horrible. Anabel at the front desk was very kind and sweet. Breakfast was awful too. Stay away.

The staff at this property is top notch!! I was only supposed to stay 3 days but had to extend my stay an additional 4 days and all the staff I encountered was extraordinary. This is such a nice hotel, clean and quiet.

The property was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly, particularly the kitchen staff. Since we were there 9 days, breakfast was a bit boring and the eggs were overcooked.
