Premier Inn Slough

Very disappointed with the service at dinner on Monday 27th May. Our table was booked for 6.45 after being ignored for approximately 30 minutes. I had to ask a member of staff to take an order. The food eventually arrived after 8 o' clock. We had travelled for over 6 hours and had a tired, hungry child with us. If it hadn't been for the kindness and professionalism of the member of staff we spoke to I wonder how long we would have waited. After this experience we decided not to eat here in the evening.

The food was very nice (beer battered fish and chips)! I cleared my plate :)) I was asked if I wanted to book a time for dinner and that was respected. Receptionist could have been a bit more homely, but no big deal :(( The car park price is quite steep at £6 a night!!! :((

Our room was clean,the bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was good.The staff were friendly and helpful especially Francisco who made us feel very welcome and looked after us in the restaurant.We enjoyed the full breakfast and a nice dinner as well.The location was ideal for us.We would stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet bedroom and slept well. Breakfast was very good, I enjoyed the food and service. Staff were friendly and helpful. I think you know what you’re getting at a premiere inn. I always use them if I can.

Me and partner booked to go legoland, we looked up various hotels in the area and went for this one. It was a good price and in a convenient location. It is right next door to a huge Sainsbury's, which is across the road from the 702/703 bus stop to Legoland. If you don't fancy getting a bus, an Uber is only around £10-£13. The manager on reception was very professional and stood out as offering good customer service, and I believe a chap called Singh in the restaurant always made sure you were well looked after. The rooms are your standard to expect from a premier inn, the only negative was the air con seemed to be hit and miss, it would sometimes feel like it's cooled the room down then not seem to cool the room at all. The area nearby isn't very nice, I would highly recommend a day out to windsor as its a much much nicer area.

Used this premier inn as place to stay to visit windsor and legoland, hotel was nice, rooms clean, staff seemed friendly and dinner/breakfast was nice. The air con seemed intermittent would seem like it worked correctly for a while then room would warm up again

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and approachable, with excellent local knowledge. Clean, tidy rooms good location. The breakfast buffet was all you could eat and i ate all that i could. The best part of the experience was the staff, all excellent

The room was not properly serviced - soap dispensers not working only 1 towel seems stuffy. car parking was confusing and the charge - still not sure if I paid. When asked at breakfast by the manager about food, i replied ok at the time - he replied is that all !!!! and then went on to make a fuss over 2 X vip's. see if they contact me - doubt it.
