Despite the building being renovated that saying i expected better
Room with king bed i reserved not available
I was given a room on a high floor at my request
Got into room and main TV was not working. It had to be reprogrammed
Also phone was not working. maintenance was unable to fix it I guess they thuoght i didn't need one

The room had smoking smell filled up from previous occupants. We asked front desk for air fresheners but did not get them. The room was clean but the smell was very strong and bothered us all night.

I must say this was not a bad experience at all just an opportunity for growth. There was construction going on (upon checking in i was told it was on the website, which i didn’t check) and water being off for 5-6 hours during my stay both days was crazy. The only thing offered was breakfast which didn't do a lot for me because I couldn't enjoy it because of medical dietary restrictions. Why not offer a percentage off of the stay or a free night's stay in the future for the inconvenience.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
The advertisement stated that there was on on sight restaurant and pictures indicated that dining in was on option, but this was not the case.
Our bathtub leaked and wet the floor on the outside of the bathroom.

It was a great stay. The room wasclean and it was quiet. Management was very helpful and pleasant .

Common areas could’ve been cleaner, probably mostly due to the remodel, but our room was excellent! Very well appointed, nice linens, & we really liked the use of space in the layout! We will definitely consider staying here again. I hope the restaurant is reopened by then.
