So let me start by I book my room at Lions bridge address but when I get there they told me that there are no rooms available so I need to go to the other hotel which is actually at the better location. They couldn’t find my reservation for about 20 minutes. I was driving and in that area you can leave a car for a long time so I got really frustrated that it takes such a long time to find my reservation and sort out everything. My room didn’t have bathroom inside so I had to cross the hallway and then go to my bathroom. It’s so inconvenient your bathroom and your room to be separated. Rooms are old and not maintained there is no air condition and I really don’t recommend to anyone to stay there because for that price you can get much better apartment for even less money. But the worse was that my towels were not washed. They were new but they were not washed. For that money just book Airbnb where you have everything. Just before I left there were no hot water for 3 days. Nightmare! I’ve heard and read some bad reviews, which is unfair to the hotel. It is out of order people writing bad things. . My stay here was nothing but quiet, peaceful time. I’m looking to extend my time for three months. Great location you’ve got everything you need. The hotel is an old building with character. reception is downstairs They’re open during office hours. You have a pizza shop sells great food brilliant price downstairs. Because I came in December 29. Yes, nighttime might be a bit chilly, but there is air conditioning throughout the day and night. About safety not once did I feel unsafe. The price is superb. The place is clean. I’ve traveled around London. London has much worse or hotels than this. This place is clean. Very dangerous place dodgy people . we had to change to another place to have more security . The minimum facilities are not available Dirty rooms , very bad smell everywhere and people smoking indoor . We couldn't last more than 2 days . This place should be investigated by the police

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel, de plus quand j'essaie de contacter le service client d'hôtel.com, personne ne réponds où c'est un robot au bout du fil. Je ne suis resté dans cette chambre que 5 minutes, afin de trouver un autre hôtel.
