Very warm welcome and everything as it should be. Swift service both at the hotel and Beefeater next door. Good location for motorway but it’s not in Solihull- it’s in Shirley which is a distance from Solihull itself. No problem to us though.

似小學生畢業Camp的烏溪沙度假營feel！而且房內有一pack已過期又未開嘅雪糕啫喱！唯一值得欣賞，就係對面嘅扒房!

When travelling north it is good to find a hotel close to the motorway that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. This hotel suited well and although the car charger kept needing resetting (not fault of hotel) we coped. The manger was so friendly and welcoming and whilst the rooms are dated and with no air conditioning, at least fans were provided. We had two different rooms over two stays, each very different - one bed was comfortable whilst the other was like a stone. Good value for money, and you get what you pay for. Dinner in the Beefeater was another story, though breakfast there was good.

Hotel was easy to find with plenty of parking. Easy check in with friendly staff. Room was slightly larger than expected and was clean, bright and comfortable. Good night's sleep with very minimal ambient noise. Restaurant/pub affiliated was very nearby, with friendly staff and was good value too.

We always try to use Premier Inn as the accesible rooms are normally good, the service is great and friendly, but the narrow bed made the stay a little uncomfortable and meant we couldn't get a good night's sleep.

10/10 lovely staff helpfull all the way throughout, very peaceful and in a nice area i’ll definitely be staying again thanks to all the staff / clean tidy rooms Good wifi and condiments - tea/coffe in room Clean towels and fresh bedding room service if we wanted it

Great location, good sized room / bathroom and a very comfortable bed - in fact, a pleasure to stay there. The Premier Inn is next to a Beefeater restaurant, so also very convenient for meals too. Have to make a special mention to the Receptionist lady (Raj) who was gave outstanding Customer Service...."thank you Raj"!

Lovely clean hotel, very comfortable room, plenty of parking and lovely pub next door. Would definitely stay again, great value for money.
