wo of my coworkers and I were initially welcomed warmly by a courteous young man at the hotel reception, setting the stage for a promising stay. However, the following day, our experience took a discouraging turn when I attempted to check out for both my colleagues and myself. Unfortunately, this experience tarnished our overall impression of the hotel.
I approached a young woman at the reception and requested assistance with the check-out process. She then asked me for my colleagues' room numbers, a detail I had not memorized. She gave me a somewhat incredulous look, making me feel like an outsider. Eventually, she managed to proceed with the check-out using just our names.
As she began preparing the bill, I had a change of heart and suggested waiting for my colleagues to create separate bills, which would be more convenient for our travel report. At this point, her response was not only impolite but also verging on disrespectful. She seemed to openly scoff at my request, and her colleague even joined in, openly laughing, which left me feeling humiliated.
I travel extensively for work and have stayed in numerous hotels, but I have never encountered such behavior at a reception desk. My colleagues also remarked on the reception's uncharacteristically cold attitude.
We had initially planned to spend one week a month in this hotel for the foreseeable future, but we have looked for another hotel now. The standards of the hotel do not match the reception quality
