How disappointing ! My husband and I have recently returned from a weeks stay at Conca Park Sorrento as reviews were good. People giving these good reviews obviously did not get allocated a room we did, however on speaking with another couple before we left they too were dissatisfied and had the same experience. Our room room was oppressive dark and very noisy with absolutely no view (which was not mentioned when booking) had I have known this I would have not booked. I did request a pool view when booking. The room overlooked a wall on one side and rocks/mountain on the other with air conditioning for the entire hotel above and was very noisy. After speaking with the manager I was then shown the only available room with the same outlook and noise after stating my dissatisfaction we were informed he could change our room on the Friday which we agreed to ( this was Tuesday) Our new room was somewhat better although still looked onto the mountain approx 20 foot away and had the air conditioning above. We were advised by other residents in the hotel unless you were up at 7am there would be no sun beds in the sun and it was mostly shaded however this did not bother us as we were not on a sunbathing holiday. Food was very average and lukewarm not as described in the write up. Good points to note was good location and quirky entrance via the art gallery. All rooms were spotlessly clean. Overall I would advise not booking unless you were guaranteed a pool view and would rather eat out.

Overall we had a great week at Conca Park. Staff and room with sea view couldn’t fault. The surrounding of the hotel gardens were stunning. However let down with the pool being half in the shade with not enough beds which meant we had to wake up and queue in morning to guarantee a bed in the sun. Food was nice we went half board but only had one meal rest we ate out as wanted more than hotel food. Wouldn’t recommend for people with walking limitations due to the walk up to the hotel, golf cars were they to transport but 50% time weren’t available.

What an amazing hotel ! You can tell this is a family run business. All the staff were friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is stunning and a great location. We have Coeliac disease and we were very well catered for with gluten free diet. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a gem, tucked away at the west end of the Corsa Italia. Entry is via about a hundred yards of tunnel which is also an art gallery. The hotel is a beautiful building with fabulous views across the bay to Naples and Vesuvius. Rooms are large and airy, most with that same great view, they are clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning (vital in August!). There is an excellent Pizzeria called Lieve right next door, and then you have the whole of the Corsa Italia in front of you. Staff are numerous, efficient and friendly, the buffet breakfast and dinner are excellent, hard to find fault with anything.

I had a wonderful time at the Conca park hotel in Sorrento. I enjoyed being in the beautiful surroundings, and that the hotel was in an art gallery- this was a unique and unexpected experience. The selection of hot and cold food was delicious. Staff were attentive. I particularly enjoyed the Italian tenor/piano one evening, it was amazing to hear. I had a single room so not the most expensive, but it was fine as a base/comfortable and well air conditioned (much appreciated after the outside 33° heat). I would love to go back again one day. Being on my own, I appreciated the kindness of members of staff.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at ! From start to finish the staff , service , amenities , room , food and surroundings made our holiday extra special . I really can’t believe that this is not a 5 star hotel . We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Sorrento ! Thank you Conca Park !

Beautiful hotel very stylish immaculately clean. Staff all really helpful and friendly.very near the centre of town no shuttle bus needed. Breakfast delicious and plenty of choice,evening meal equally delicious . Our Room had an amazing view we looked over the Beautiful Garden and round over the town with Vesuvius in the background watched the sun rise . Welcome talk from the manager which was a lovely touch and a walk around his family garden through the lemon and orange trees. Close to public transport train bus and ferry loved exploring this Beautiful area. Will definately be back. Thankyou Conca park 🇮🇹

This is a fabulous hotel ! It’s been family run since the 1960’s and it makes a massive difference! The staff are all lovely and seem to enjoy working there , many have been there for years . Don’t miss the tour of the families garden where they grow so much of the fruit and veg served in the delicious restaurant. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and you can dine and sunbathe under lemon trees. The location is super convenient as it’s literally a 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian road into Sorrento and all that it has to offer . If you’re wavering over wether to stay here or not … just go for it you won’t regret it .
