This is a walk-on-go trip, and this Mane Harihalaya is the most wonderful part of this trip! First of all, the smile in the lobby is the friendly smile. The welcome is a cold and cool flavored drink and fresh fruit plate. You can have an extra bed according to your needs. The service is very good. The pool is clean and comfortable. In addition to swimming, Mochi, very very clean! In addition, it is worth a great deal of food in the hotel restaurant. It is simply color and smell to the point of breaking the table. Thank you to the hotel lobby and restaurant manager for a very happy trip to Angkor! Next time still choose Mane Harihalaya 👍👍

Spacious, relaxing and very clean hotel. I love the hotel interior - with minimal decor which made it look more elegant. The staff were very courteous; friendly but professional. We appreciated the early check in which gave us some needed sleep since our flight was past midnight. We tried the BBQ night by the pool accompanied by good music. The food at Lok Lak restaurant were great, if you wish to explore Cambodian dishes. Overall, it was a great stay.

It was a stunning experience to enter and see everything for the first time. The lobby and rooms have wonderful interior design that's both spacious and cozy, and the exterior design with the swimming pool perfectly matches everything else. We were also greeted by friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with every part of our stay. The food was also filling and delicious.

A wonderful boutique resort located an easy 10 minute tuk tuk ride from the centre of Siem Reap. Our suite was extra spacious comprising of comfortable sitting / sleeping areas separated by a slated timber screen. The wardrobe and large bathroom were at the back of the room with again good separation. Lovely decor and being a new resort in perfect condition throughout. The king size bed was so comfy and we much appreciated the kettle, tea & coffee and the water which was replenished daily. Our balcony was spacious and overlooked the gorgeous gardens and pool, as did most suites (request a suite with best possible pool view when booking). The pool was fabulous and larger than expected- beautifully maintained and so refreshing to take a dip in the searing heat. Plenty of pool lounges and I imagine a short supply of lounges would be a rarity even during periods of high occupancy. The tropical gardens were lush and so pretty and there was such a lovely ambiance and sense of calm throughout the resort. Breakfast was al a carte and dining by the pool each morning was so pleasurable and we always looked forward to our morning cappuccino made with love by the gorgeous Saphor (??). Our rate included a Khmer lunch or dinner which we opted to take as a lunch on our final day before heading to the airport. Unfortunately we were time poor and had to totally rush through the meal (thank you Saphor and chefs for making this happen) which was truly delicious and a dining by the pool was a lovely way to end a wonderful 5 night stay at Angkor Privilege. Our rate included a 60 minute massage for 2 and my partner proclaimed his as the best ever. I’ve experienced many a massage in Asia and this one didn’t disappoint although candles, an oil burner, spa music would further enhance the experience. I chose this property on the basis it was around 10 minutes from the city centre and not once regretted this decision. We did 3 days of tours with our chosen operators including pick up and drop off from the resort. We did a 2 day temple tour and were last to be picked up and first to be dropped off which was a bonus. From 5pm Angkor Privilege provides a comp tuk tuk ride to the city centre for guests and as tourist numbers were down our driver was always happy to hang around and take us back to the resort a couple of hours later costing us U$4.00 a pop. And finally to the beautiful team at Angkor Privilege. So friendly and accommodating and such an asset to this wonderful property. Thank you to Saphor, Mary and the rest of the amazing team for your warm hospitality. We wish you nothing but the best in this very difficult time and hope the resort along with all members of the team will be back up and running sooner rather than later. Excellent! I was shocked when I arrived at the door, such a simple door, but there is no cave after entering, the pool garden villa, there are frogs, black bees, and chameleons in the room. Those who haven't checked in on Ctrip have a score of 9.4 on booking. In the past, they were mostly occupied by Europeans and Americans. This time the entire hotel was filled by Chinese. Booked a room with a swimming pool and another whole building, each is very good, breakfast is also good, you can also order lunch and dinner, 20 minutes drive from the old market, suitable for guests with children and those who like nature and quiet

The shower drain was broken, air conditioner didn’t work well.. but staffs were nice, they can speak English and when I called them to fix problem they talked to me kindly. I'm Japanese, but it's like a rural hotel? I was able to stay while enjoying the silence of Cambodia slowly. I think it is suitable for the elderly.

Tell you what, I was easily blown away by arriving at Siam Reap lethargically awaiting to sleep at some generically named hotel. Never would I expect that this ”Smiling Hotel” was, in fact, a metropolis of accommodation. With hundreds of rooms, the vacancy is almost always certain. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, truly made sure that I was enjoying my time at Smiling Hotel. The rooms in question are jaw-dropping, with constant room service, interface, TV, mini-fridge, daily water bottles, AC, bath, and shower. This is complemented by either a view of the two enormous pools within or a beautiful view of Siam Reap, especially at night! One downside, however, is the internet connection, which is very sluggish and derails my downtime here a tad bit. Still, I needn't use the internet with so much to offer. I forget that this hotel has a gym, massage place, nail salon and did I mention two pools? If I could summarize this entire hotel by one word/phrase it would be: over the top. This place goes 120% to make sure you have a good stay, and it is not even necessary, as even without some components such as quality food I would still enjoy my stay here. Possibilities are endless here at Smiling Hotel, and if I choose to return to Siam Reap this would be my go to.

Beautiful Hotel with Two Swimming Pools! Very nice hotel service. Good food at hotel restaurant. Welcomed by the hotel ***agement, very helpful on providing tourism information in Siem Reap. Hotel location is perfect, close to the local bin market and Angkor wat check point. Best location ever in this beautiful town. Only 15 minutes Tuk Tuk ride to Angkor Wat and other temples. 10 minutes walk to the Palm Container Night Market. Only 2usd tuk tuk into town. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel

Abi was an incredible tour guide! My partner and I were referred to him as a tour guide for our Angkor Way experience by a trusted friend and resident of Siem Reap. We were not disappointed. He picked us up where we were staying and took care of everything! Abi is a knowledgeable guide with an encyclopedic knowledge of Cambodia’s history. He is also genuinely friendly and charming. Seriously, our trip to Angkor Wat would have not been as deep and fun had we not chosen Abi. He is also well known as a rescuer of cats and a helper of Siem Reap’s children. We give him our highest recommendation!
