Jaz Tour Khalef is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! From the staff to the facilities to the rooms everything is top quality - deserves to be more than a 5 star hotel (if it was possible). The staff are an ultimate credit to the hotel especially the waiters, cleaners & entertainers. The rep is great & always sorts you the best deal for camel, quad & boat trips. The holiday as a whole was definitely a favourite & we are still riding the high! Hotel is perfect for couples, friends & families & is in a great location. The only negative I could say is the selection of alcohol available is slightly limited & I’d say if you have typical picky English eaters the food may be limited for you - although there’s always pasta & pizza for those who don’t indulge in the Tunisian food. Tunisia itself was fantastic, again the only negative is the locals do like to mither, but even so, they are all so lovely & friendly. Safe to say we will definitely be returning in summer when the weather is even better!

Amazing staff so accommodating polite and happy to help . A few staff members to mention Slah, Hasna, Imed, Snoousi, Fredj, Ali, Mohammad, Char and Adel are just a few Atomosphere was spot on and all services was great I wouldn’t say much about the pool could do with an uplift Grounds around the outside pool and beach was lovely for a swim and food was a great variety

We're still here (Rebecca and Chris - with the rose) and I have to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Service is amazing, drinks are great, and the food is top notch. My birthday was on Friday and they brought out a wonderful cake with candles. I feel like we have made friends here and it's such a beautiful place to stay. When you get here, ask for Joe as he will well and truly hook you up with some fun activities. We also bought a fun boat trip from Captain Smiley Miley, which is obviously not his real name but should be. Make sure you check out the medina and be prepared to haggle. We're here until Thursday and I'm so happy we came. Thank you Jaz Tour Khalef for looking after us so well.

Just back from a great stay. Room was beautiful and kept immaculately clean by our cleaner. Every member of staff was friendly and ultra helpful. Both beach and pool accessible with no problems getting a sunbed. Buffet restaurant got a little chaotic at busy times. There was always somewhere with food available either the snack bar or beach bar if not the restaurant. Would definitely return.

Nice hotel and wish I could rate it higher but improvements are needed especially when it comes to maintenance of the rooms. The food was good, we didn’t use the Al a carte restaurants but did use the snack bar and the main buffet. The pizza and pasta stations are great. There’s plenty of choice but did find by the end of the week it could be a bit repetitive. Plenty of choice at breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies were a nice touch. The staff at the pool bar, bars and restaurant make this hotel they are brilliant. Drinks service to your sunbed round the pool and table service on a night at the outside bar where the entertainment is on. The pool area is lovely and looks out over to the beach. Padded sunbeds were brilliant and tables with all the sunbeds too. But there are too many sunbeds packed around the adults pool. The pool is saltwater. The room is what let the hotel down. When we arrived we had a lovely decoration of real flowers on the bed which was a lovely touch but on inspection there was ants running over the bed which must have come from the flowers. We went to reception who straight away got this cleared up. Our biggest problem with the room was the balcony door, the lock was broken so the door didn’t close and lock. We reported this to reception 4 times who said they would send someone up to fix it but never did. One man even told us just to leave it as we were 4 floors up nobody would be able to get in but I didn’t like leaving our stuff in a room where the door didn’t lock. After a complaint to TUI via the app this did eventually get fixed. However, every day when we returned to the room after the housekeeping had been in the balcony door was left wide open. I would not have been happy being on a lower floor where they just left the door open freely for anyone to access. Also there is no air con in the rooms until June.

We have just returned home after a lovely week at jaz tour kalef We were treated amazing Beautiful flowers in our room as special treat. The cleaners are fabulous. Made animals out of the towels The room was great with huge bathroom & the best walk in shower. The grounds of the hotel are very well kept & attractive. There is access to a beautiful beach. Extremely attentive offering beds & drinks. We didn't use the a la cartes The buffet was sufficient with excellent choice of food,although tad busy Breakfast excellent with ladies making fresh tunisian bread All different stations from fresh pastries to eggs fruit etc. The waiters are brilliant its all run very well with smiley faces. Entertainment every night ,although would be content with just singers Two inside bars The whole hotel is beautiful Only negative...but just constructive would be to make pool bar area as attractive as rest of hotel maybe with grass hut cover Big thanks to Fredie on reception for all our attention The two ladies that done our massage were excellent We had the most relaxing holiday & would definitely recommend this hotel
