I have a routine for every year to spend a nice day alone during my birthday, and for this year I decided to book a room in this Hotel. I came exactly at 2.pm to checking in, but the room was not ready yet so I have to wait around an hour in the lobby, and the staff gave me a welcome drink while I wait for the room. After waiting for an hour, I tried to ask again for my room and still have to wait for another 15 minutes, so I asked the staff if I can get a late checkout on the day after and they granted me with +1hour late checkout. I waited again on the lobby, and finally after 15 minutes, Mr. Hendrik come to me and said that my room has been upgraded to Classic Suites and +2hour late checkout. My room was on the 15th floor, the elevator has a really cool design but I think the walls on the hallway on the 15th floor need a fix or maintenance because it's not as good as the lobby and the elevator. Some of the ceilings on my room, the living room to be exact need to be fixed too, and the lights button is not working on the living room. One of the lights in the bedroom were broke too. Bathroom was spacious, the bathtub need a maintenance for the cold water because it's not working. Nice room amenities, TV working perfectly, WiFi is good, the bed, pillow, and blanket was nice, I got a good sleep quality for the night. The room was not perfect but I did enjoy and liked what I got during my stay. The Pool view was pretty! The gym got enough necessary equipment to use. So I could say that the fitness facilities was good. Breakfast buffet have many selection, Western, Asian, Indonesian, Indian, Bread and Pastry, I haven't try it all, but I liked all the food that I've eaten. And also, I got a surprise birthday cake from 2 staff that came into my Room. I was thankful for that! Overall, I had a pleasant stay in here and I could enjoy my day with a warmth feeling that I receive from the services. Thank you for all the services, especially to Mr. Hendrik and the 2 staffs that came into my Room. Would love to go back and I expecting a nice improvements. Once again, Thank you!

Food, room hospitality so good, i enjoyed the moments staying here, one thing to be fix it just the bed cover little bit dirty in inside of cover and welcoming cake for couple could be better. But overall i like this place, keep it up artotel mangkuluhur, thanks

from the beginning, I was amazed by the staff because they were friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious, clean, and there was a smart tv and bathub, the breakfest had many choices and delicious, this is one of the best hotel in south jakarta

great food for breakfast, have lots of variety from salad to yogurt dessert and lots of assortment for the sweet tooth. lots of different food from different places too. good room ambience, it’s easy to ask for help and thank you pak Jimmy for helping us!

very nice, comfort, excellent services by devi and sori for breakfast at the resutaurant hotel, we eat some veggies, sushi, scrambled eggs and we add a cup of coffee, with croissant and some smoked beef, also we have a spot or smoking area that makes very cozy and very very good viewing for enjoyed our black coffee and smokeyyy

All is good. Especially Jimmy. Thank you for best services for us. Keep doing the best for all the customers. Foods are perfect. But i hv a comment for fish. I think the fish should cooked well. Coz still have bad for tasted. I already twice and it feels like the same. But almost all foods very satisfied

The service is great, appreciate to Jimmy who helps me enjoying breakfast with great experience of service. The ambience of Beranda Cafe is also so convenient to make my day. Keep it up and maintain the great service all the times. Will consider to have staycation here next time!
