Premier Inn Southampton City Centre (West Quay)

Clean, comfortable and great value, worth getting the breakfast and look out for the meal offers. Went for a Xmas do at another bar, hotel was a good location and really close to West Quay and the High street. Ideal if you were planning a Christmas Shopping trip. Parking is at the West Quay Multi storey which is £7 for 24hrs.

Spent 4 great nights here in Swaythling Southampton. You could not fault it . Amenities staff and facilities were 5 star . Would highly recommend to anyone . Wishing staff a very happy Christmas . Good hotel, clean rooms. Staff are helpful and friendly. A pleasant place to stay. We thought the food was very good. Nice and close to the west quay shopping center and restaurants and the southampton german christmas market. Would definitely stay there again

my first visit there since its refurbishment and I do not think it has been improved. Room 120 no third bed so you get a large area empty, the desk has been removed however a small table was in the corner imposible to use because no lighting in that area. Less useable shelving space for clothing. shelf under tv and by the bed very small.B athroom hand basin already several chips, no tooth glasses . lighting over mirror is difficult to use, it illuminates the mirror and not you. same with hall mirror. standard only one towel of each type and as a couple why do we have to ask for more it was a double booking. hook on back of door the only hanging arrangement inadequate.dining room refurb now furnished with furniture that would be more appropriate in a nursery school. many older customers seemed to have difficulty getting up. totally machine reception very impersonal.what a pity whoever deigns these refurbs never uses them. Back to holiday inn.

Although handy to the cruise dock, this was a disappointing experience from check in (self service) to 'continental' breakfast (coffee and a roll?). I was able to find someone to ask about late night dinner, and was directed across the street to a fast food location. To get to the dock, again, no one to ask, but I started to follow someone with suitcases (they were going to a taxi around the corner). If you want any service at all, this would not be a good option. I will avoid in the future, pay extra for assistance when needed.

Day 21 and still the most helpful friendly staff, Even when busy and for a small team they give the service. I've eaten everything on the menu, great food. Today's amazing team. Most importantly my favourite ladies Edyta and Agnieszka No.1 Housekeepers Managers Basha, Connor and Claudia Service Vicky, Kirpal, Chris, Aksel, Manny I've been staying here for 10days now. 2 staff members have been outstanding and made me feel at home. I don't know there surnames but I would like to say a massive thankyou to Chris and Manny. I can't leave out Connor the manager who has been brilliant from the start. I'm disabled and the extra care has made all the difference. Kirpal, Sam, Callum, Julia and Basia NIGHT TEAM best night staff I've ever come across, always smiling and willing to have a chat, and keep me well stocked with decaf. Thanks Michael, Krishore, Marie and David. The Whole housekeeping team always smiling in the morning. I will name everyone off you
