Everything about the property was good, except the lighting in the bathroom. Modern but very dim.

The check in was smooth and without any complications. The room was clean. The only complaint I have about this particular room is the left side of the mattress has a huge sag as if someone has been sleeping there for years without ever rotating the mattress. Other than that, all was well.

Its always a good place to stay for the price. No complaints on my end. Breakfast is always on time. A couple of fast food restaurants are walking distance.

The evening woman Jackie is wonderful. Shes quiet but very friendly when you get talking to her. She will help you in any way possible. I feel so at home every time we come here. Honestly i thought it was gonna be a loud place. It surprised me that it was very quiet. This is where we will always be coming. The two cleaning ladies they have right now are also friendly. The only thing i would note they need to do is check their online reservations in the morning. When i book at night while there. Morning dont periodically check them. I always have to call and have them check it. That's all i would say they need to do. Thank ypu all.

Check in was swift and smooth. Their location is near just about everything in Southaven. There was nothing that was a disappointment.

We went to meet family. It was conveniently located and easy to go places from this location. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

First thing they over booked so had no room for me. Pass me off to a lessor property next door that a bad smell as you walk in.I tried to get cancelled but that was an ordeal. So I thought the room might be okay. Not...I had to drive to Wal Mart to get essence and a lighter.
