Power went out during stay at this hotel. It would have been nice to have been notified in some way of this rather than being surprised to enter into a dark hallway and having to carry out luggages and bags down 4 flights of stairs. Would have been nice to have been comped for inconvenience. The room itself was nice and clean however.

This hotel is so clean & smells great. The setup & obviance is amazing very peaceful. Only thing no microwave in my room you can heat up you can use the one by the front desk but I would definitely stay again.

We had a large, beautiful corner room away from the highway and didn't hear any traffic noise at all. The only strange part is the parking lot. It was rather confusing to find the front door. Signage would help direct to the lobby instead of a far away parking lot. We had breakfast in the restaurant. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and we would have eaten there more often if we didn't already have plans for eating elsewhere.

Great hotel with all the amenities. Food is very good. Only problem is it’s a little far from any restaurants, drug stores etc

Horrible service. I contacted the hotel. Customer service was unable to help me but said a manager would reach out to me within a week. It’s been 2 months and I haven’t heard anything.
