A hidden gem of a resort nestled among green mountains – once you visit, you'll fall completely in love! The moment I stepped in, I was stunned by the floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby, framing a single tree reflected in a mirror-like water feature outside. The water and sky blend seamlessly, making every casual photo look high-end and artistic. The views are expansive yet serene, creating an incredible ambiance. The guest rooms feature a minimalist, natural wood style with soft, comfortable furnishings. Panoramic sliding French windows open onto a balcony, allowing you to gaze at the continuous green mountains right from your bed. The balcony also has a private hot spring tub. Soaking in the tub in the evening, feeling the mountain breeze, and watching the blue sky and distant peaks is incredibly therapeutic for some quiet, reflective time. The curved sofa seating area on the public observation deck faces the mirror-like pool, backed by mountains. With the blue sky and white clouds framing the lone tree, sitting here with a cup of tea, just zoning out, is incredibly peaceful, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The overall service is attentive, the environment is clean and tidy, and the architectural design seamlessly blends with the natural wilderness. There's no noisy over-commercialization, making it perfect for both couples seeking a short escape and families on vacation. The only minor drawback is that getting around the mountainous area requires a bit of travel, so driving is recommended. Overall, it's a perfect experience – my top choice for escaping the city, breathing fresh air, and relaxing!

The room was fully equipped, the environment was stunning and spotless, and the butler, Xiao Jia, provided attentive and prompt service. Breakfast and takeout could be delivered to the room, the afternoon tea was exquisite, and the room had a sea view, making the sound of the waves very soothing. Overall, a great experience, I'll definitely come again.

First off, we could check in at 2 PM, received a free room upgrade, and were allowed a late checkout until 2 PM – an amazing experience all around! Secondly, the hotel's beach offers great privacy; it's exclusively for guests, so you don't share it with outsiders, which feels very safe. You can leave your phone and room key anywhere without worry. Finally, I have to praise the small shop on the far right by the beach. The BBQ and beer are affordable, and it’s a VIP spot for watching fireworks! The hotel service is also excellent; they're very responsive to everything, and staff politely greet you wherever you go. I almost forgot to mention the small zoo – seeing all the white pigeons fly over for a peanut was quite a spectacle! Unfortunately, I didn't get to see the black swan I was hoping for this time. I’ll definitely be back to this hotel!

本次三天兩晚的入住體驗整體落差極大，初見觀感尚可，但全程各類問題不斷，最後還出現疑似****不適，實在令人失望。 酒店剛開業，硬件設施、園區茶園景色、親子户外活動種類這些表層條件確實不錯。但房間空調存在明顯温控故障：我將温度調至26℃，室內實際温度卻低至22℃，入住第二天我直接受涼感冒。工作人員給出的解釋是空調清潔頻繁、房間密封性強，才會持續降温，這套説法完全無法讓人信服。雖不算重大故障，但温控系統缺陷屬實，入住舒適度大打折扣。 相比尚可的硬件，酒店服務、活動安排等軟性服務堪稱短板。酒店坐擁百畝茶園，也配備園區代步助力車，卻沒有任何紙質導覽地圖，管家發來的園區圖片指示不清，客人出行全靠自行摸索。 酒店整體運營完全優先“拍照打卡”，忽視遊客真實遊玩體驗。我們按時到場參與親子手作活動，卻被告知要為專業擺拍團隊（不理解是個什麼團隊）讓路；騎馬體驗也僅服務拍照，十五分鐘體驗流程，甚至想更深度延長時間的項目都沒有設定，流於形式。我本身不熱衷打卡拍照，這種重表面、輕體驗的運營模式，很難契合大灣區人民務實的出行需求。 各類親子活動看似豐富多彩，實際籌備毫無誠意，所有手作項目均交由無專業經驗的在校實習生負責。學生們衹能臨時網上查找教程帶孩子體驗，雖能看出實習生盡力配合，但足以看出酒店自身並未投入專業師資、標準化課程，活動質量敷衍潦草。 而本次行程最致命、最難以接受的問題，是餐飲安全隱患。三天兩晚全程我和孩子均在酒店內就餐，未在外食用任何食物。入住第二晚我突發嚴重腹瀉，起初誤以為是空調受涼便沒有及時反饋；後續腹瀉症狀持續加重，返程高速途中我多次緊急下高速尋找衞生間。回到深圳第二天，我症狀加重，直接前往醫院急診就診，結合就餐記錄與同步出現的腸胃不適，基本可以判定是酒店餐食引發腸胃問題。 距離用餐已過去兩日，我無法留存食物相關直接證據，但全程僅酒店就餐、同步腹瀉、就醫急診這些親身經歷均真實可證。 空有優美環境與嶄新硬件，卻在温控、配套指引、活動服務、餐飲安全多處出現嚴重疏漏，本次入住體驗極差，非常失望，不推薦家庭親子入住。

This time, I booked the Peter Pan family room (this themed room is an end unit). The room was quite spacious, with toys and a hot spring, which my child absolutely loved! 👍 Cons: There was a musty smell in the corridor and some damaged areas. (P.S. There are only four elevators, so the wait can be very long when it's crowded on Fridays.) The front desk service was mediocre. When checking in, I asked for help to combine beds and install a bed rail, and the front desk staff told me: 'Call the guest service center once you're in your room.' 🤦‍♀️ The room's cleanliness was average; we found hair on the toys, clearly not cleaned. The bathroom floor and walls also looked a bit yellow. Perhaps it's because the hotel has been open for a while..... Also, there's a paid amusement park that costs 85 for all-day unlimited entry (it's very small; the hotel's free one is even smaller). When buying tickets, the staff didn't tell us about a 48 single-entry option, so the pricing felt opaque... Pros: The hot spring and water facilities are in the building next door. This building seems to be newly built, and it's cleaner than the hotel itself. 👍 There's free tea and watermelon within the resort. That's a plus! 👍 We went on a Thursday during the summer, so the crowds weren't too bad, and the water park attractions were a good experience (suitable for young children and seniors; my middle schooler found it boring). 👍 The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety, and the quality was decent (the breakfast rice rolls were delicious! The soy sauce was essential!). 👍 Overall, for this price and experience during peak season, it was okay. 😄

I was in Huizhou on a business trip and stayed at Luofu Mountain for two nights. The room was quite quiet, with lush green mountain views outside, and the air was especially fresh when I opened the window in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower water pressure was sufficient. The estate environment was indeed beautiful, like a large garden, making for pleasant walks. The staff were all very friendly and responded quickly to questions about directions or needs. Overall, it's a great place to relax, suitable for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and breathe some fresh air.

The hotel facilities are complete, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. They thoughtfully prepared a baby toothbrush, and there's even an exclusive private hot spring on the balcony! The value for money here is excellent! There are abundant indoor and outdoor play facilities for children, and adults can also enjoy their own entertainment and photo opportunities. Overall, it's very comfortable! The entire resort exudes a healing South French manor style, with white European-style buildings paired with endless lush green lawns. Every shot you take captures the perfect vibe for family photos. A must-visit is the 1922 Manor, a French-style lakeside coffee house. Take a leisurely stroll along the path, enjoying the breeze, while the children run and play freely on the lawn. It's perfect for both taking photos and entertaining the kids, with a relaxed pace throughout the day. The rooms come with a private balcony hot spring, with 24-hour water supply, and the water is wonderfully warm and soothing. The children can play freely while I relax in the hot spring, unwinding from the week's fatigue. It's a win-win for both me and the kids. There are so many activities for the kids that they'll never get bored: a super-large indoor playground with a ball pit, climbing structures, nostalgic arcade games, and comfortable recliners, so weather is never an issue. Outdoors, there are go-karts, bumper cars, slides, a splash pad, a football field, a basketball court, and more, easily keeping the kids entertained all day long 😎 The resort is surrounded by dense forests, brimming with negative oxygen ions. In your free time, take a stroll along the forest stream path and immerse yourself in the fresh air. No need to venture far for meals; the hotel restaurant offers a rich variety of light dishes, perfectly suited for babies' dietary needs. Everything from accommodation to dining, play, and hot springs is available in one place, truly making it a stress-free experience for parents.

If you're going for hot springs, you really need to find a place nestled in the mountains like this. The resort is built into the hillside, offering a great environment and excellent water quality. These are genuine hot springs – you can soak for ages, and your hands won't even wrinkle. Dining is convenient too, with both Chinese and Western restaurants available within the hotel (Building 3 is close to the back exit if you want to explore the street, while Building 2 is nearer the hot springs). The hotel breakfast has a wide variety. I'll definitely be back. The hotel rooms are also very good and clean; I forgot to take pictures, but I'll do so next time.

When I went to Xunliao Bay this time, I didn’t expect to stay in such a good hotel. The price/performance ratio is super high. This red sea view hotel is in a good location. The high floors still have unparalleled sea views. You can see the sea even while lying on the bed! The hotel is very clean, the sheets and duvet covers are all new, the toiletries are of good quality, and there is free mineral water. Parking is convenient. I will stay here again next time!

We had a very comfortable stay. The front desk and other staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the room was well-ventilated and bright with plenty of natural light. My only minor suggestion would be that the selection of free movies on the TV was quite limited. Many hotels offer a wider range of shows and latest releases for VIP members. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied overall and would definitely return for another stay.
