"Traveling with my dad and our dog, I initially booked two villa rooms. However, due to the many stairs and multiple levels, I was concerned for my father's safety. I requested a room change from Ms. Lucien, our butler, and she surprised our whole family by moving us to a large, single-story villa with lake views and minimal stairs. It even had its own lakeside pavilion, which we were absolutely thrilled with. My sincere thanks to Ms. Lucien for her meticulous care and attention. Although the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, the service is truly beyond five-star."

"The home cinema room is just Incredible. The managers Michael speak petfect english and is such a nice man. He helped me for everything, my laundry, my Taxi (because I didn't have wechat pay) and was so kind. All the staff was very helpfull too and patient. The hotel seems very new, and the equipment is made of quality. My next trip to Hanzhou I will stay same hotel for sure. Unbeatable."

"Our group of six, two families, booked the three-bedroom villa. The butler proactively contacted us via phone and WeChat, providing excellent service. However, upon check-in, the front desk forgot to ask if we had a car and register the license plate. This led to our car being automatically charged by ETC for parking when we went out for dinner, so I hope the front desk can improve their reminders in this regard in the future. Also, among the three bedrooms, only the room on the second floor had a phone, which made calling for the shuttle quite inconvenient. It would be great if there could be a phone on the first floor as well. Since it's a pet-friendly hotel, there was some dog poop 🐶💩 in the outdoor garden area on the first floor. I hope future cleanings will also pay attention to this. Other than these points, our experience was very good!"

"Because I had to catch a train back to Beijing the next morning, and had to return the car to the Shenzhou Car Rental Huzhou Railway Station return point, I chose to stay at the Licheng Hotel which is relatively close to the railway station. "Taking advantage of some free time, I brought my family to Moganshan for a vacation and we stayed at the Yinggu Resort. The hotel is located in Moganshan, about a 15-minute drive from Yucun Scenic Area. Moganshan is a famous birthplace of B&Bs, and this hotel is of much better quality than the surrounding guesthouses. The room was incredibly spacious, with large French windows overlooking a serene, emerald-green lake. The entire hotel is nestled in the embrace of the mountains, very quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway and unwinding. The resort also features a large tea plantation where you can experience tea picking and processing, as well as hiking in the mountains. It was a very interesting experience, and I'll definitely be back next time!"

"Looking for a place to relax in Xisai Mountain, I chose Hongju Hotel. The moment I stepped inside, I was amazed by its design, nestled amidst the mountains and water. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby offered views of rolling green hills, a babbling brook flowed through the courtyard, and even the corridors exuded the elegance of Jiangnan, as if bringing the idyllic scene of ”white egrets flying before Xisai Mountain” into my stay. The butler, Annie, was also very attentive, informing me of the National Day activities in advance and always available when needed. Every snapshot was a wallpaper-worthy scene. My room was upgraded to a Love Nest Residence, with a quiet courtyard where I could get a good night's sleep. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—a rare find that even my back felt relaxed. Even the toiletries were from a niche brand with a subtle herbal scent, and the hairdryer was a Dyson China Red. The makeup mirror had a thoughtfully designed fill light function. It was even more comfortable than home. I would definitely consider staying here again."

"For this National Day holiday trip, we chose the South Taihu Lake Villa Resort Hotel. Advantages: Upon entering the villa, we found it clean and tidy. The first floor had a kitchen, living room, and bedrooms; the basement had a game room; and the second floor had two bedrooms and a balcony. The space was ample and spacious, allowing three generations to travel together with their own activities. Breakfast was served at the adjacent Moon Hotel, offering a wide variety and a fantastic experience! The evening light show at Moon Plaza was magnificent, and the night view was not to be missed. Areas for Improvement: The cleanliness of the area around the villa needs improvement; for example, the cobwebs near the access card should be cleaned more frequently. The pillows in the hotel room flattened after just one night's sleep, which was a less than ideal experience. Thank you to our dedicated butler, Lucy, for your warm and attentive service!"

LLanmeimei_ZJOur family's first summer trip – Naked Stables. Our little one rushed to Moganshan right after school, still in her uniform! Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm. **Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday! **Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower. **Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay. **Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home! **Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive.

GGuest UserHonestly, check-in started a bit unpleasantly. Perhaps it was the summer peak, and the hotel seemed understaffed, leading to slower service. Compared to the Banyan Tree Lijiang and Hangzhou, the service here was a bit disappointing. We waited a long time to check in, and dinner at the restaurant had multiple errors – like repeatedly asking for no ginger and still getting it in our food. However, the room was a huge plus! We booked a lake view suite with a 270-degree balcony, offering unobstructed views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to blue skies, white clouds, green mountains, and clear waters after opening the curtains was truly therapeutic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, much better than what some online reviews suggested. There was a wide variety and the taste was great, definitely superior to other hotels in the same category. If you're traveling with kids, staying at the hotel itself is enough; there are plenty of dining and activity options nearby like paddleboarding, horseback riding, off-roading, and river tracing. Overall, the experience was quite good. Especially, you must try the hotel's travel photography service – they take amazing photos!

XXiaoxiaodaxingqiuWe stayed for one night with our parents and kids, and it was a fantastic experience! The butler, Crystal, created a group chat beforehand to confirm our arrival time and asked about the guests, recommending suitable floors and rooms – very thoughtful. The cliff-side room offers absolutely stunning views. At night, after Deqing city lights dim, you can stargaze. I initially thought the castle restaurant would be expensive, but after eating there, I found it to be excellent value for money. Although we had to wait a little, all the dishes were freshly prepared and of a very high standard, far surpassing any restaurant in the village at the foot of the mountain. For entertainment, there's an infinity pool, billiards, ping-pong, pottery, archery, and more. It's not crowded, so you can enjoy everything. For pottery, you need to queue early; we missed out at 10 AM. Friends told me the spa is also top-notch, so I'll try it next time. Finally, I have to mention the photoshoot. Each room gets three complimentary photos. The photographer was incredibly patient, and the photo editor was kind and beautiful. There was absolutely no hard-selling. I initially thought of buying a few extra photos, but then I was told that since we had three rooms, we could get nine photos! The photography, composition, and editing were simply superb. I also want to thank Crystal and Lily again for their patience and understanding. It was hot, which can be stressful, and we encountered a few minor issues. After effective communication, the cause was quickly identified and resolved efficiently. **Facilities:** The cliff-side room is fully equipped, and the pastoral cabin offers good value for money. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. There were some small insects in the castle during the evening. **Environment:** Absolutely stunning. **Service:** Probably the best service I've ever experienced in a hotel. **On-site travel photoshoot:** I've already reviewed it above. All I can say is it's worth the money. If it wasn't so hot, I would have done a whole session!

I even saw black swans and mallard ducks! 🦆 If it weren't for the scorching heat, it would be worth exploring thoroughly. 2. Our butler, Leo, was incredibly thoughtful. He added me on WeChat as soon as we booked, and informed me of all the check-in details in advance. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Leo had upgraded our standard room to a loft free of charge. The kids were thrilled, and one of them slept soundly upstairs! Throughout our stay, Leo was always responsive to our questions and recommended an excellent rafting spot. 3. A friendly reminder: The resort is in a somewhat remote location. If you plan to go out, I recommend calling a car at least 10 minutes in advance. Gaode App (Amap) seems to have a much higher success rate for booking rides than Didi. 4. I highly recommend the Shenxi Gorge Rafting. The water is crystal clear, and there are about 10 thrilling yet safe rapids. The flow is well-designed, with one end for boarding and the other for disembarking.

The guesthouse has various themed hot springs, and you might even stumble upon free-roaming deer – super therapeutic! ❤️🩹 We booked a private hot spring room facing the mountain, and the view was absolutely stunning. The room came with a projector, and the entire guesthouse is surrounded by bamboo forests. Waking up to bird song and the sound of the stream in the morning was pure bliss. The breakfast wontons were incredibly delicious. Definitely another reason to visit Anji!

YYangpudaweiThis is a very pleasant trip. The B&B is only one kilometer away from the Yunshang Grassland Scenic Area. The room is neat and clean. Due to the hot weather, the front desk housekeeper has turned on the air conditioner in the room, so it is very cool when you enter the room. The kitchen is clean and the boss lady cooks delicious food. What is unforgettable is that I left my jade pendant in the hotel when I left the hotel. Within half an hour, I received a call from the housekeeper telling me that the cleaning lady found the jade pendant I left in the room while cleaning. Since I was far away from the hotel, the housekeeper Promise to send it back by express delivery. I received the intact jade pendant the next morning, so excited.

AAnonymous UserTraveling during the off-peak summer season meant fewer crowds, which was nice. However, I felt the room's price didn't quite match its standard. In my room, there was an unsettling stain on the wall near the TV – it looked like either soy sauce or blood – which was pretty gross. The bathroom was tiny, making even grabbing a tissue difficult. On the plus side, housekeeping kept the room clean. The open-air corridors, though, were extremely hot. Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad. The commercial street downstairs, which was recently renovated, only opens on weekends. For over 600 a night, I didn't find it particularly good value for money. However, the front desk service was excellent, and I'd like to commend them for that.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, and the whole hotel is designed in Chinese style. The lobby is a two-story space. Breakfast is in the space around the lobby on the second floor. The front desk also helped to upgrade the room. You can see the whole back garden from the window. There is also a terrace next to our room. In general, it is good. It is a very cost-effective travel hotel!
