I had breakfast and dinner here, and it was fantastic! 👍👍 The customer service staff were incredibly kind! 👍👍🫶🏻🫶🏻 A little incident happened during my trip 🙄 I left my phone in my room, and the hotel staff immediately sent a driver to take it to the cable car, where the staff then delivered it to me via the cable car. 💕💕 I was so touched! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Thank you to the hotel and the cable car staff! "The hotel has a great location, close to Xiufeng Waterfall Scenic Area. There's a shopping mall nearby where you can shop and have a meal. The room facilities were decent, and the service was good. Breakfast wasn't included, so I didn't try it. We went to the first restaurant on the right after entering the Xiufeng Waterfall Scenic Area and had a bowl of Nanchang mixed noodles for just a few yuan – it was fantastic and delicious! Since the Xiufeng Waterfall cable car was under maintenance, we didn't go up, but the photos taken from below were still very nice.
When we left the hotel, we saw a newlywed couple making a lot of noise with drums and gongs!"

"The hotel is in the middle of the mountain, the sightseeing bar can not go up, but there are 5 buses directly to the side door (0.5～ 1 hour shuttle bus), there are several long ladders nearby, 6 minutes walk to Guling Street, the return trip to the ladder takes 10 minutes, it is not difficult to walk. We booked a view room. Through the large glass windows, you can see the surrounding trees and red-top houses. Especially in the morning and when it rains, the fog and rain are ethereal. Sitting by the window to enjoy the scenery is particularly comfortable. The hotel room is medium in size, there are many public spaces indoors and outdoors, seats for guests to sit and rest, and the gym is not bad. The hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, you can eat before you go out to play. Ruiyun Park Hyatt Hotel opened earlier this year. I feel that the rooms and facilities are very clean and tidy. It has been raining in Lushan these days. It feels very humid outside, but the walls and floors in the hotel feel dry. It is estimated that there is a moisture-proof design or building materials. The young people at the front desk are friendly and work hard. We all like this hotel and will come again next time."

"I booked a standard room in Wuliuju. It was probably not the weekend. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and said that it was not convenient to stay in Wuliuju in the main building on a rainy day. She upgraded it to a deluxe standard room in the main building. The aunt on the floor provided good service and watched us pull the suitcase through the door curtain. She also helped to lift the door curtain. The room is large and clean, the bedding is clean, and the bed is soft. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties, and I am satisfied with it. I didn’t take a dip in the hot spring because it rained. I will take a dip next time."

"It was my second time to visit Lushan. I made a travel guide at midnight the night before and originally wanted to book a room for the night of the 8th. However, because it was too late, I didn’t notice that the room was booked for that night. I was dumbfounded when I arrived at the hotel the next day. I communicated with the lady at the front desk whether we could negotiate a check-out and told her that I had to apply to the manager. The lobby manager also handled the issue very quickly and refunded us and Ctrip immediately. (I really give a thumbs up to the staff for this part, they never procrastinate and it only took about ten minutes to complete) Then we continued to stay in the double room (the room type we originally booked was sold out) The lady at the front desk also upgraded our room type for free and gave us breakfast coupons. Thank you for meeting us every time we go out! ! The new hotel environment is really good, the beef noodles for breakfast are delicious, and the service is also very good! After having enough food and drink, let’s go to Sandiequan in Lushan! !"
