"This hotel is a gem in an area close to the train station and lots of restaurants and shops. Although we only had two nights here, we enjoyed the stay, particularly the delicious breakfast and lunch in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The staff were very accommodating when we experienced a “hiccup” on a first night and went out of their way to make the rest of our time a wonderful experience. We didn’t have time to visit the spa, but, based on the emphasis on quality food and surroundings, I would imagine it to be equally enjoyable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Copenhagen."

"Location is right across the Bella Center conference center, super convenient to attend conferences. The area is about 4 subway stops from downtown, and the hotel is near the subway. Room is spacious, bright and clean. Bathroom is small, with the most annoying sink ever. Rarely seen a sink this small. It’s so small, everything falls off. Service is not so great. The provided iron and ironing board were rusty and dirty and leaked rust water on my shirt when used. Requested a new iron from front desk but it took a while. Hotel has no room service, replaced by a shop downstairs in the lobby. Housekeeping is good but did not give me shower gel for 3 days straight. Breakfast is good."

"I recently stayed at the Scandic Spectrum for 4 nights. On the positive side, the hotel is quite new, exceptionally clean, well-kept, and boasts a really beautiful, modern Scandinavian design. However, the arrival experience was incredibly frustrating. If you arrive before their strict 4:00 PM check-in time, be prepared: there is absolutely no complimentary luggage storage. Instead, they direct you down to a basement parking area with paid storage lockers. To make matters worse for anyone traveling with family, the lockers are way too small to fit standard family-sized suitcases. When we realized that renting multiple lockers would cost virtually the same amount as just paying for an early check-in, we felt completely backed into a corner and paid for the early room. It really felt like a deliberate setup designed to squeeze extra profit out of arriving guests who have no other choice. While the property itself is lovely, this overly transactional, nickel-and-diming approach leaves a very poor first impression. If you have an early arrival, budget extra for the hidden costs or look elsewhere."

"We had a lovely stay at Admiral Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, although a few amenities were missing. The hotel is well-suited for both business and leisure stays, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family. The location is very central, making it easy to explore the city. We especially enjoyed renting bikes from the hotel, which made getting around both fun and convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always available to assist."

"15 - 20min walk away from main attractions. There’s a lake in front of hotel that’s nice.  Hotel drop off point are stairs to go in, take note if you are taking heavy luggage. No aircon in hotel only fan that you can’t adjust speed.  Additional bed for kid charge at 300kr per night.  Family bicycle available for rent at 600kr per day.  Happy hour with free drink from 5-6 pm daily. Artistic interior and nice garden. Also creepy artwork on the wall.  Overall not bad experience, some staff are friendly some are not."

"There should be more accurate information about the distance between the Central Station and the Hotel. It must be more than 3km, or at lest feels like this, especially when walking through the narrow and bumpy streets full of people on Saturday evening. Also, it would be nicer if the Hotel stops emailing me so many times before my check-in and after my checkout."

"We went to the hotel by car. There is a long way to the hotel. If you take public transportation, you have to walk a lot to get in. Halfway through the drive, you will see the horse farm and the residents who are riding horses, and you will arrive at the hotel after you pass through the stalls. This hotel is also famous for its own golf club, and there are many members depending on the number of parking lots. The castle hotel itself is actually not big. The first floor is mainly a restaurant of decent scale, a guest lounge, and of course a conference hall. The middle terrace on the second floor is actually another restaurant, which can be reserved for businessmen to start a buffet lunch. You can go up and take a look or take pictures when you are not in the dining time. Regarding the rooms, it should be noted that regardless of whether the room type has an auxiliary building or not, as long as it has a balcony or a terrace, it is in the auxiliary building. The main building, which is the only white building, all rooms have no balcony and terrace, including luxury suite. We ordered a room with a terrace, which is actually on the first floor of the annex building next to it. The terrace is a small garden where the back door goes out, but it is not all enclosed. Anyone can walk in directly from the outside. Of course, we have not encountered such a problem. Reasonable people who came directly to sit on our terrace sofa, but it is undeniable that this terrace is a bit disappointing. We also asked the hotel about this, because there is no annex building next to this room type, and the response we got is that the main building and the annex building are connected by underground passages, so all are counted as castles even if the ground looks separated and the colors are different. There was no alternative, we accepted this explanation. We tried the underground passage and it was a bit detour, but it was really convenient on rainy days, but it was very unsuitable for carrying luggage, so our luggage was parked directly at the entrance of our annex building and then moved in. The hotel’s breakfast is more traditional, it is a cold meal. There are not many varieties and it looks exquisite. If you need scrambled eggs, you need to ask the waiter. It is recommended to sit down and look at the menu on the table before deciding. Different egg methods have a difference between a charge and no charge. Although it is almost the same thing, we came up because we did not read the menu blindly and listen to the waiter’s introduction, and we were not told to charge. I'll be a little dumbfounded in the future. But the taste is good. I personally don't like the whole cold meal. It may be the Chinese stomach can't stand it, so it is recommended to order a scrambled egg for no extra charge. Generally speaking, the room is exquisite, the toilet is slightly small but the retro style is very good, the writing desk is special and style I like it, and it is worth mentioning that I asked the front desk for hot water, and then gave me one Come over with a hot water kettle. As a Danish hotel that generally does not have a hot water kettle, this is worth extra points."

"Great location - very close to centre of the city and food market. Staff is really helpful. There is also good lobby and bar inside the hotel. The size of standard rooms is really small so it will be inconvenient for tourist with a lot of suitcases)"
