Check in information was very thoroughly explained, room is so comfortable with nice amenities, host is extremely helpful

Take an airport Split shuttle and walk to the property. In the center of Old Town, newly renovated, clean, very comfortable bed, responsive and helpful owner, walkable to all shops and stores in the old town and marina. LOVED my stay!

There are pros and cons for this place, but in general, pros are more favorable. It is conveniently located in the heart of the historical region, the Diocletian Castle, so, this is a plus. If you arrive by bus or ship, it is a walking distance (around 700m), taking consideration that you cannot access the historical region by car. Considering that are people all around all the time, and that there are restaurants very close to the room, I would expect more noise than what I faced, so this was not a problem. The rooms are well equipped with a nice decoration. Access to the apar**ent is difficult if you have big luggage or reduced mobility (in fact, a general Croatian problem). There is no breakfast either a complimentary water service (only coffee and tea). The proprietary was very helpful, giving all necessary instructions prior to my arrival. I’m summary, considering the excellent location and conditions, I recommend.

Our stay in Split was unbelievable! The host is very friendly and responsive to all of our questions. He sent a list of recommendations that were amazing and he even got transfer service to the airport when we left. The place is beautiful, well maintained, we got welcome drinks and everything was within waling distance. 10/10

The owner arranged transportation for me from the airport very last minute for a reasonable price and even waited for me when my flight got turned around. The room was just as described, clean and pretty and in a perfect part of old town that was very close, but off of the main square so it was quiet to sleep. There were beverages provided in the room and he messaged me some suggestions for dinner. Great experience all around.

We've had the most amazing stay at Luxury Rooms Bajamonti. The location was fantastic - so centrally located, were able to walk everywhere within the historic old town and venture out to the rest of the city easily. The room was located steps away from Uje Oil Bar - a cafe with terrific food and reasonable prices. On a walking tour, our tour guide walked just past the room, telling facts about this historic neighborhood. The woman who greeted us was so nice! Actually, on day 2, we went to the beach, and lost the room key. By the time we got home, it was already 11 PM. We were so nervous to call this late, admitting that one of the keys was probably at the bottom of the Adriatic sea - but the woman was so nice, understanding and kind - she came to our rescue and opened the door in minutes. The room has everything one might need. In fact, this was the most comfortable bed and pillows we had this whole trip. AC worked it's magic on hot August days, and since the room was so centrally located, we found ourselves periodically stopping by our room to cool off and enjoy complementary beer and water in the fridge. Bajamonti was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Croatia.

We had a nice room that was in a prime location. The staff was very helpful. We had an issue with a package and they were accommodating in forwarding along to our next location.
