Apartments Zuvela

The room was very clean and the view was incredible. My only complaint was the check in process. It wasn’t clear what to do when we arrived. We didn’t know which was our room and there was no one there to greet us. Once the gentleman arrived he was extremely friendly and helpful. But it would have been good to know how it would work beforehand as we were tired from travel and got a bit nervous when no one was there to greet us.

The host are kind and attentive to all your needs, they make you feel so welcomed. The house is beautiful, very well located to have easy access wherever you want to go. The apar**ent was very clean and comfortable for all our family of 5. Thank you Mary, we certainly like to be back.

The apar**ent was well equipped - bonus to have a washing machine too! And wonderful for the kids to have a pool. Dora, the young woman who welcomed us was so helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The only down side was the shower sometimes took a very long time to heat up and the water pooled a wee bit at the bottom, but other than that it was an awesome place to stay!

I really like this apar**ent The host is so friendly and the view is amazing I also like the large bathroom and hot tub. If I have chance again I will definitely visit here again.

Really nice views from our room. Dora the lady who checked us in was very helpful and gave us loads of recommendations. Family run establishment, everyone very friendly. Good sized pool and 20 minute walk from main town or Spilt, slight walk if you are getting home late but you can walk along the shore of the beach which is nice.

Great location, lovely apar**ent. Hosts very helpful and welcoming. Short pleasant walk into Split old town. Highly recommend!

Good points: / Large clean apar**ent with plenty of space / Comfortable bed / powerful air conditioning / handy washing machine / fully equipped kitchen / Owner let us check in very early which was appreciated / friendly family members / Owner took my husband to port Split to retrieve something important he left on a ferry / location pretty good as 20 min walk to old town and 5 mins to multiple supermarkets Bad points: / Swimming pool area is not like the photos, the area is full of junk which is not nice and pool requires a clean as it looks discoloured. We love pools and selected this apar**ent because of that however the pool area was really not appealing- why not get rid of the piles of junk? / our balcony was large but the air conditioning unit dripped into a plastic container which kept overflowing onto the balcony and flooding it. I had to keep emptying it which is not the guest’s job -why not install the air conditioning unit properly? / the block is a little noisy, there were young guests partying which we could hear clearly so had to wear earplugs / our shower mount was broken meaning you can’t shower properly. Plus the shower head was disgusting. My husband pointed this out to the owner who said ‘I know’ which is annoying as he could have fixed the shower in 10 minutes easily in advance of our arrival / The owner only accepts cash payment. This is ridiculous in 2021 as there are fees for using A**s. He could allow *********** etc to transfer him the money like every other European accommodation. Overall simply not worth €100 per night. Owner happy to take our money offering no discount. Would not stay here again
