The room was clean, well furnished with up-to-date appliances & good quality cooking equipment, dishes & flatware. In spite of being in a busy shopping area, it was quiet & nicely landscaped. No food is supplied, but with a normal-sized refrigerator/freezer, a microwave & a 2 burner cooktop there is no need for "free" breakfast of packaged muffins like we encountered later in our trip with another suite hotel (where we also had to REQUEST cookware & dishes).
We'll stay here again.

This is a newer hotel in great condition. The room and the bed were comfortable. I wish I’d noticed they don’t offer breakfast. Coffee in the lobby costs $1. Sasquatch was in the room above me, a real stomper. I recommend a room on the top floor as the ceilings seem thin.

The property was very clean, safe and quiet and easy to find. And the price was great for a quick overnight on a trip to the East Coast.

For the price of the room I thought it would be newer, nicer cleaner, and the television didn’t work for the first three hours that I was there and had trouble getting anyone to come fix it. Had to call the desk three times not to thrilled.

Was give keys to an already occupied room firstly, paid cash for the room at check out and was still charged $40 more on my card that cannot be credited back to my card

Weeks ago I booked & paid for 1 room with 2 queen beds for our arrival tonight. I called at 7pm tonight to say we were on our way and we'd be arriving around midnight and confirmed they would have 2 queen beds for us, per our reservation. No problem, so far so good.
I arrive at midnight to learn they'd given the room with 2 queen beds to someone else and instead, we'd be getting a room with 1 queen bed and a foldaway "bed" that was like a massive folded marshmallow on wheels.
When I told her this was not satisfactory, she said there was nothing she could do about it because:
* Entire hotel is sold out so no other rooms with 2 queens available.
* Reduced price would NOT be provided.
Exhausted after a long drive, we go to the hotel room and I see ***** hairs on the sink/shower and a silver human hair on the pillow.
Never again.

I like the space of the rooms and the full sized toiletries. I like that it’s not in a super busy area but close to the outlets. The staff was also very friendly. Would come back!

I did change hotels do to not being close enough to the shops. Your advertisement is a little misleading when it comes to distance from the shopping plaza,

The hotel staff was very friendly and the cleaning crew were also super friendly. Our room had several issues, the toilet constantly ran and the plunger had to be pressed down every flush. The sink in the kitchen leaked and a towel had to be placed under it to stop the leaking on the floor. The window in the living room area had a large crack in it. Also the water reaked of chlorine. The two beds in the bedroom were very comfortable but the pull out couch was terrible. There was plenty enough pillows for everyone and just enough blankets if you kept the room warm enough. I'm also not sure if the fridge had a leak, but there was a definite puddle of water under the crisper drawers. Overall we were pretty satisfied and if I could stay here again I would. I would likely wait for a discount though.
