I really enjoyed the hotel! My room was very clean and spacious with top of the line amenities. Will definitely book again. The restaurant was ok, food was good.
Service was not great for the level of dining, no quality checking on food items and empty glass wear was left on the tables until end of meal. Will definitely book a room again just may choose to dine elsewhere.

By far the best hotel in St John's. Great staff, cool vibe and very clean. You wont be disappointed.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was very easy to check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking valet was awesome. The food and atmosphere were spectacular.

The check in was ok, nothing extraordinary! Wasn’t given alot of info ! There was no parking only across the street in a dark parking lot! The hotel smelled due to something being cooked at the restaurant, which was not pleasant!

Great food. Great decor. No hairdryer -had to request one. Two people only one robe -had to request one. Didn’t know reservations were required for breakfast - no tables…checked out and ate elsewhere.

Hands down the best hotel in St. John’s…I’m not a rock star BUT all of the staff always make me feel like one! They always roll out the red carpet and give me a 5 star experience!

Jag is a unique hotel and offers excellent accommodations and dining. Love the atmosphere, artwork, playlist. We highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious - and reasonably priced. Parking is a pain - went for the valet service to make it easier. There is construction around the building and a dock yard across the street. Heard vehicles backing up into the wee hours of the morning.
