Ushuaia Playa Xemxija Boutique Hotel

This boutique hotel is definitely a hidden gem 💎 ideal for a couple getaway, or even an anniversary trip, the rooms are spacious and very luxurious, I would recommend reserving the room with a jacuzzi 😉… The hotel also has a roof top infinity pool overlooking the harbour which is lovely. I definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is still not completely finished, but my wife and I didn't mind that. We just loved it there, so much so that after one night on Gozo we came back here for 2 nights more. We spent in this hotel 4 nights in total. We always had a great meal at the restaurant. on saturday evening we danced in the bar, in the afternoon we spent the time by the stress-free pool on the roof from where there is a beautiful view of the whole area. And we didn't mind if the restaurant didn't get lobster. We had another great meal instead. And Paulina was super helpful and nice!

Went during off season so a lot of the local restaurants, aside from what was in the hotel were closed. Also, when we were there the pool and spa were not open yet and still under construction. This was not noted at the time of the booking. Overall, hotel and staff were great and would recommend. If we were to return to Malta, this would be a definite consideration for a return stay.

During our stay, parts of the hotel were still being fitted out, and we could hear a lot of noise from the room we were allocated (next to the yet to be completed indoor pool). Management were able to offer us a different room away from the noise, but this one had problems with its toilet flush. It took several visits from maintenance until it was properly fixed, and in the meantime we suffered a sleepless night due to the toilet flushing continuously. Some of the rooms had bathrooms with exterior windows but no curtains, and others, including ours, had no curtains on the glass doors between the bathroom and the bedroom. We were told that curtains were on order, so this could just be a temporary problem, and after a few days one was put up in our bathroom. The sea views and the pool area were fantastic, and breakfast was good and cooked to order. Parking on the street was fairly easy to find, and free of charge. There aren't many restaurants within walking distance, but it's very easy to get a bus or taxi to nearby St Paul's Bay or Mellieha, which have numerous options. We feel that this hotel was opened before it was really ready, and the quality suffered as a result. Improvements are being made, so hopefully the guest experience is improving. While the management did make efforts to address our concerns, we were surprised that we weren't offered any compensation for the problems we encountered.

Very Good Hotel

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön in der Bucht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Hot tub und die Aussicht das ganze Zimmer war Luxus pur. Jeden Morgen aufs Neue. Die Zimmer sind wirklich gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten mit Selena im housekeeping eine ganz tolle Maid. Aber auch alle anderen waren total nett. Ich würde nochmal hin.

Hotel tout neuf. Chambre très correct mais pas du tout d'intimité sur la terrasse. Chambre au dessus du bar de l hotel donc un peu bruyant. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas égale tous les jours : début de semaine avec un buffet très complet et en fin de semaine des viennoiseries rassies. Pour le soir, peu de variétés : toujours les mêmes plats mais terrasse très agréable juste au bord de l'eau. Nous avons appréciez dans l'ensemble notre séjour à l hotel.

Hotel muy recomendable , habitacian bonita y práctica, perosnal muy majo, el desayuno merece la pena no es el tipico de hotel que esta ya hecho sino que te hacen lo que pidas al momento , buenas vista al mar con terraza amplia la unica pega es que la ducha no salia con mucha presion pero por lo demas todo 10
