Lia Sofia Apartments

Great location just a few steps from the beach, bar's, restaurants and shops, yet quiet and peaceful. Really comfy beds with thick mattresses. Water, wine and chocolate cake waiting for us in our room on arrival. Run by a lovely family.

The rooms are very clean and the owner cleans it himself. The location is very close to the beach and restaurants. The owner is very nice and even brought us to the airport. The rooms are a bit old, but that was no problem for us. It also came with airconditioning.

My wife & I have been going to Stalis for the last 18 years and have stayed in a few different hotels. For the last 7 years, we have been staying at Lia Sofia. It's very clean and quiet even though it's very near the seaside and the main street. Giorgos, the owner, and his family are most welcoming & are making sure that our stay is perfect. We have already booked for next year. To Giorgos, Lia & Kostas, thank you for everything.

Excellent accommodation, ideally located,the family that own the apartments are very nice people. The apartments that we have stayed in are spacious and clean. Regularly serviced. Close to all local amenities and many restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

We have previously stayed in many different apartments in Stalis, but Lia Sofia is by far the best. George is a fabulous host and made our stay really enjoyable. The apartments are spotlessly clean, with large rooms and balcony in the centre of Stalis. We were greeted by home made wine and chocolate cake as well as water and flowers in our room. Throughout our stay George made sure we were enjoying our stay, recommending places to eat and booking us taxis. We will be booking again for next year and now wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Such a wonderful place to stay! The owner George is a lovely man who always does his best to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The apartments are kept very clean and we were welcomed with home made red wine and chocolate cake! The location is great as well, just a minute's walk from the beach and the main street in Stalis. Really cannot recommend these apartments enough!

Excellent apartments, very clean towel and bed change every other day Owner Giorgos made us very welcome from the time we arrived until time we left. Carafe of wine,water and cake made by his mother on our arrival. Had a top floor apartment with sea view and well-tended garden's. Central for all amenities quiet and relaxing. I would certainly recommend these apartments. We will return.

Really nice big appartement with beautiful seaview. The place is also quiet, you dont hear anything in the night. The owner and his family are very kind and they make you feel welcome. The location is very good, 2 minutes walk to the sea, shops, and busstation close by. I recommend this place.

Just had another lovely Stalis holiday & I chose to stay at Lia Sofia (i stayed here 4 years ago) again. The family are the loveliest with George at the helm. Perfect location, just off the beach road and a 1 min walk to nearest beach. The rooms are perfect for self catering & you find pretty much all you require. Hot plate, toaster, kettle & enough cutlery, pots & pans, plates & bowls, cups & glasses. A real plus is washing up liquid & sponge. I was in room 103 (ground floor) twin beds, wardrobe, table & stool. Bathroom was sensible size with shower, toilet & wash basin. Clean towels were provided. Air con & safe are available at a charge per day. There are no thrills or swimming pool. It’s just a perfect location if you want to holiday at your own pace & enjoy the peace & quiet this property offers For me…. it’s perfect
