Highly, highly recommend! This was absolutely the best hotel we stayed at during our half-month trip in Xinjiang. It was such a cozy and comfortable retreat, and incredible value for money. The hotel has a huge courtyard with beautiful lawns and flowers, and even a lovely little calf. It's fantastic for photos! What really stood out was their tri-color cat – so gentle, friendly, and gorgeous. She's incredibly well-behaved, and just gave birth to the cutest kittens a couple of days ago. The hotel rooms are super spacious with excellent amenities, including an 'Xiao Du' smart system and a mini-fridge, making our stay very comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely stunning – highly recommend! Most importantly, the hotel hostess was truly amazing. We had booked a twin room, but she upgraded us to a triple room. Before we even arrived, she contacted us to share important tips for visiting the scenic area. She also picked us up from the station when we got off the bus. Once we were at the hotel, she brought us a ton of snacks, drinks, and a huge platter of watermelon, which was incredibly thoughtful. Friends traveling to Kanas, if you have the chance, you absolutely must stay at this hotel!

Nothing too special about this hotel, kept us warm and cozy through the winter, the best thing about the hotel is in the center of Hemu, it’s walking distance to almost all of the attractions. One thing to note is that the toilet floors aren’t heated only the bedroom floors are. The staff was nice he helped us with our luggage and provided a quick guide on what to do around here in Hemu. I liked the views outside the window especially during blue hour. Overall, pretty decent and budget stay

The hotel is about a hundred meters from the scenic bus drop off point and also near the Hemu Bridge. They host responds quickly and patiently and treats the guest like a family and will recommend you to some good places to eat and cool activities. The rooms are clean and nice. The best thing have a golden retriever that can happily guide you to the sunrise view deck which is very amazing. The coffee shop in front is very cozy and the staff are kind. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this if you’re visiting Hemu.

The room was excellent, with windows directly overlooking the woods, offering a truly beautiful view. It was a split-level room, ensuring high privacy, and came fully equipped with all necessary toiletries and 24-hour hot water, making for a very comfortable stay. I had looked at many guesthouses in Hemu and selected this one because it was affordably priced and boasted a beautiful setting. My stay here absolutely confirmed it was a great choice. The owner and all the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, practically granting every request. The restaurant's food was very good, catering well to mainland Chinese palates, and the dining environment was also very pleasant. This is definitely a place I would choose to stay at again on my next visit to Hemu.

Amazing hostel! Located conveniently. Yes on the pricier side but that is just the norm in Hemu village. For that price you get a great coffeeshop thats part of the hostel with some of the best staff I’ve met on my travels that gives a real sense of community and home. Always friendly and extremely helpful. The owner is also involved and shows genuine care for the operation, guests and staff. As close to a perfect hostel experience as you can get! Highly recommend this to all looking for a place to sleep in Hemu village or when visiting the ski resort.

Accommodation in Hemu is quite expensive, but this hostel is relatively affordable. The wooden house is uniquely decorated, with large windows and a terrace. The courtyard is also beautiful, with blooming flowers. The mattress was very comfortable, and the quilt was nice. This is a relatively good hostel.

The room faces the Populus euphratica forest with snow-capped mountains behind it – the location is absolutely fantastic! The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. The owner is very thoughtful, providing full guidance throughout our trip, which greatly enhanced our experience. This trip was definitely worth it!

I initially booked the wrong date and asked the host if I could change it a day earlier and she granted my request with no charge. At that time, her niece was also on vacation in the village and she was so nice and toured me around Kanas Lake and she speaks English really well, too. The room is clean, has a washing machine inside. In the morning you can just sit at the porch and watch the sunrise. In tne evening you look up and the sky is filled with stars. Really an amazing experience.
