However, there are not many dining options within walking distance. - Cleanliness: Overall, the hotel was quite clean, and I have no complaints about the cleanliness. - Facilities: The bathroom is a bit old but still clean and well maintained. The room is quite small, but it has all the essential amenities. The only downside is that the projector did not work well for watching movies or other content. - Service: The staff seemed rather indifferent and not particularly welcoming. Since I only stayed for two nights, it did not affect my trip too much. --＞ Overall, considering the price and the fact that this is a fairly large hotel, I expected a higher standard of service from the front desk staff. I hope the hotel will improve this aspect in the future."

"This location is heaven on earth. Surrounded by mountains that take on the form of Buddha. You sit right in the palm of a blessed spot. It is family owned and they treat you like family while you are there. By far some of the kindest people you will meet on your trip. Food is fantastic and homemade. There is a rooftop spot you can relax at, have tea, and even enjoy your meal there. The Shaolin temple is just a short walk from the hotel, and the owners will offer to drive you every time. Make sure to stay here if you are in the area. You will not regret it."

"It's in an alley, but the sign is clear and can be seen from the opposite side of Shaolin Avenue. We arrived before dawn, and the boss came out from his sleep to open the door for us and let us store our luggage. He was such a nice guy. We came back after climbing the mountain in the afternoon and checked in at around 5 o'clock. They also helped us upgrade the room. The room was so beautiful and clean. Thank you again, Jiayun Ruishe gave me wonderful memories of this trip."

"We arrived at Songshan in the evening and wanted to rest in the hotel before climbing Songshan at night. The boss came out to pick me up late at night and even took me to the foot of the mountain! ! ! After the climb in the morning, they took me back to the hotel, which was really awesome! ! The lady boss came into the hotel and said ”treat this place like home” and I burst into tears Another small tip is, remember to turn on the water heater before going ~ otherwise you may not be able to take a warm bath in time hahaha"

"The front desk lady was excellent! She allowed me to check in early even though I arrived before the official check-in time. I also requested a room that wasn't at the end of the hall, and she promptly switched it for me. Plus, the hotel is right at the entrance to the scenic area, which makes getting around super convenient!"

The hotel really exceeded my expectations! The room was a pleasant surprise — it came equipped with smart home features, and the furniture was all modern and comfy. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely nice, making our stay really enjoyable. In terms of convenience, there were plenty of cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. As for getting to Shaolin Temple, it was a breeze — just a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. Overall, this hotel really hit the mark with its amenities and location!

It's very close to Sanhuangzhai, right at the foot of the mountain. After a tiring hike, it was perfect for a place to stay. Our family of four stayed in a family room. The room was clean and fully equipped with smart technology. The owner was very welcoming. He cooked dinner himself; the prices were reasonable, the food was delicious, and the portions were generous. After dinner, we could take a walk around the area. With mountains on both sides, the air was fresh and cool. For breakfast, the owner also cooked two small dishes, served with eggs, soy milk, and corn porridge – a very satisfying meal and a great experience.

The hotel is located alone the main street, so it is easy to access main interesting places. Everything in the large room looked very new, are maintained in an excellent condition, the bathroom is huge. There is a shopping center nearby, with good restaurants and a supermarket inside. The owner of the homestay is very friendly and helpful, willing to provide information and suggestions on tours and transportations. Definitely will choose this homestay if I visit the city again.

Looking from the outside you might be shocked because it's a villager's house, but the inside is clean. The owner is friendly. The food is delicious and you get a lot. If anyone wants to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of a village, I recommend it. Go to Shaolin Temple and stay overnight. In the morning, go to the village's playground. The villagers are kind. I met children practicing Kung Fu. The children tried to greet and chat in a friendly manner. If you come by train, you can talk to the owner and have him take you to the train. The price is reasonable.

We had a great experience staying at Heyuan Hotel in Dengfeng. The receptionist was extremely helpful and helped us book taxis to the various tourist attractions and a bus to the high speed train station at the end of our stay. We also got these cards and a note to show the taxi driver so they would know how to find the hotel. Worked perfectly!

I have to give the store good reviews. It was raining heavily when we went there, and they were always waiting at the door. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the entrance of Shaolin Temple. It's about the same standard as a homestay. The utensils are all disposable and very simple. I want to complain about the water heater, which is a very small electric water heater. It takes half of the hot water to wash your face with hot water, and you have to wait for it to keep boiling. The shower head sprays very small and fine water. I dare not wash my hair for fear that it will not wet my hair.
