"Conveniently located within a short walking distance from the Hualien train and bus stations, this accommodation offers easy access for travelers. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful whenever we approached them for directions or recommendations. One thoughtful touch was the Hualien Food Guide folder provided by the hotel, which was especially useful for my family when deciding where to eat and exploring local specialties. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally large with a reliable supply of hot water. We also appreciated the good soundproofing, which made our stay comfortable and restful. If you are visiting Hualien, it is advisable to bring mosquito repellent, as there tend to be quite a number of mosquitoes in the area."

As soon as you open the balcony door, you will have a panoramic view of the beautiful central mountains, the Pacific Ocean and the coastline. "My stay here is okay. It is a 3km walk from the hualien station but is doable. If you are planning any early check in, I suggest that you can leave your things first here as they would not allow early check in. Check out is seamless. just leave the key. Protip, scan the QR for instructions"

Both the front desk staff at check-in and Yu, who helped me at check-out the next morning, provided fantastic service. "The hotel is about 1.5km from Hualien Station, and a bit tricky to find as it's tucked away in an alley off the main Zhongshan Road. However, a taxi from Hualien Station got me there quickly once I told the driver the hotel name. While the hotel staff don't speak Japanese, they are proficient in English. They are also cheerful and helpful, and use translation apps on their phones to communicate, so any issues can be easily resolved. There's a coin laundry right next to the hotel, which is convenient for washing clothes. The hotel is in a city area with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby. The room I stayed in had a combined toilet and shower, with only a shower curtain separating them. You need to be careful, as the curtain can easily open and soak the toilet area. (Be warned!) If your plan includes breakfast, you'll receive breakfast tokens (coins) for each person upon check-in. Breakfast is a buffet with a good variety of tasty options. The dining room tables and chairs are made from large, single slabs of wood, which is quite unique for Japan. You're expected to clear your own dishes after eating and place the breakfast tokens in a box by the dining room exit. Next to the hotel lobby, they sell cute deer-themed merchandise like keychains, wallets, and hand towels."
