"I stayed for four nights. I had booked three of those nights on another platform as non-refundable, otherwise I would have checked out sooner. The hotel's location is decent, very convenient for public transport, the subway, and dining. However, the shower water isn't hot. If you're someone who showers in the morning, you won't have hot water. I tried to shower on the morning of the seventh day, and even after running the water for 20 minutes, it was only lukewarm, and then I caught a cold. There's even a sign at the front desk asking guests to run the water for 15 minutes for a hot shower. The most important things for a hotel are sleep and showering, and if they can't even get the hot water right, it shows they're not putting effort into running the place. What's the point of just saying 'hello' when you walk in and out? On the afternoon of the tenth day, after staying four days, I asked the front desk if I could extend my 2 PM checkout by half an hour since my train wasn't until 5 PM. The front desk told me I'd have to pay 60 yuan for a late checkout hourly rate. Of course, the front desk isn't obligated to grant my request, but it still left a bad taste in my mouth."

"This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star review! The experience was fantastic, truly living up to the Home Inn 4.0 standard. I always choose Home Inn for business trips, and this location was perfect since I had an early flight. It's incredibly close to the airport, only about a five-minute drive. The shuttle service was great, and the driver was very friendly, which really helped ease any pre-flight anxiety. The facilities are brand new, and the front desk service was excellent; they even escorted me to my room after check-in, which I really appreciated. For breakfast, they had a good variety, including tofu pudding, noodles, and wontons, and everything tasted great. The room cleanliness was superb, and the bedding was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This hotel is okay if you want to just rest for a while, like you have train in nearby station. However, the washroom door was broken, it was conjusted room, not like shown in the pictures. the infrastructure was not okay. There was no sleepers for washroom, no handwash but, they provide water bottles, hot water for shower, tooth brush and comb."

My room was on the first floor, and upon entering, there was an indescribable smell – not foul, but certainly unpleasant. This could be improved. Service: I was assisted by a tall, short-haired gentleman with glasses who was very responsive and friendly. The airport shuttle was also timely, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the drivers this time; their demeanor seemed rather poor. Environment: It's close to the airport, making it ideal for overnight stays before or after late-night flights. Facilities: The laundry room was as good as ever, though I did find scattered socks on the counter, which is a small detail that could be improved. Overall, I would consider staying here again."

"Very good, the room is very clean, it is the second time to stay, although the room is a bit small, but for this price, it is already great, the traffic is very convenient, go to Jinan Station, Qilu Hospital, Furong Street Daming Lake, are all within 4-7 bus stops. The front desk can also store the suitcase for free, and you can check in early when you are not busy. I recommend this hotel."

The location is fantastic, with a 24-hour convenience store right downstairs – super convenient for any late-night cravings! Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, perhaps a *little* too well as it got quite chilly! I would definitely choose this hotel again for future trips, even in different cities. "The room layout is quite unique, with the separate bathroom occupying its own space. The bathroom light and exhaust fan share a single switch. It got colder today, and any warm air from the AC in the room was immediately ****** out by the exhaust fan. The room itself faces away from the sun, and even with the AC on all night, the heating was really ineffective; the warm air was barely a whisper. Closing the bathroom door made the bedroom slightly warmer, but only slightly – I had to really bundle up under the covers, haha. When showering, the bathroom had no warm air at all, it was absolutely freezing, especially because the bathroom is so large that the AC's warm air couldn't reach it. Although this is a chain hotel and very clean, the room design and the poor heating from the AC make it truly unsuitable for a winter stay. I definitely won't be coming back; it was shockingly cold. I reported the issue to the front desk, and they said they'd escalate it, but I never heard back. Because of the AC issue, I switched rooms once, only to find that some rooms had a strong sewage smell, so the floor drains definitely need an upgrade."
